i'd give 0 stars if i could.. the manager there is an absolute joke and has been for YEARS now. she never knows how to handle a situation without being rude and unprofessional, blames their mistakes on you, doesn't train workers, etc. everyone i know has had at least one bad experience with her when just trying to buy food from the establishment, which she should be lucky anyone even goes there solely based on her attitude and lack of professionalism. i seriously hope someone higher up looks into this and we get to see this location get a new manager, maybe they could actually thrive and not have 2 stars on yelp. very telling.. simply maintaining professionalism, and giving good service while doing good with other aspects of your job is all it takes.. do better. read more

not one to complain, but i've never been to this whataburger location without it taking 20+ minutes for food to come out. Often times even after waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive through, the order is still wrong. Every single time I go to Whataburger, it takes 15 minutes to get through one car. If you order on the app you have a slightly high chance of them getting your order right but you still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I went to Whataburger after a super longer theatre trip and all I ordered was a cheesburger with mustard and cheese only and a medium fry. Not hard at all. I wasn't too mad when they ran out of buns so I got a brioche bun. We waited for 30 minutes and we got our food and left. I ate my fires in the car and waited until I got home to enjoy my burger and everything was wrong. I got veggies and mayo and texas toast. What the heck. I literally cried because I had such a long day and I just wanted to eat my burger. Whataburger has seriously gone down hill and it's too long of a wait for a guaranty that your food will be wrong. No matter the time or day of the week, this drive-thru is incredibly long... even with two lanes. I could probably visit the Chick-fil-A drive-thru 8 times before I made it through this one. Food-wise, their reputation lives up to itself at this location. The burgers and chicken are good, the fish and fries, too. And I've rarely had an issue with an incorrect order in the several years since they're been open. If it weren't for the wait (this last visit was 22 minutes!), I'd offer up more stars. read more

This Whataburger was VERY clean. The service was excellent and the food came out just as it should. Hot and fresh. I had a Whataburger Jr with onion rings and an iced tea. Does it get any more Texas than that? Lol. My companions had not tried their onion rings before, and they were a hit all around. Hot and crispy. It sucks because their food isn't bad but the employees really live up to the reputation of being the slowest. Our favorite hamburger is whataburger! But see the pic of the greasy onion rings we got. I don't carry cash so when I paid for my groceries I got $20 cash back off of my card because I was going to wash my car, I went through their drive thru and got me a drink and some ff.
