For anyone wondering about all of the negative reviews, believe them. Somehow this chipotle is more expensive than others, and is one of the worst Chipotle locations in the country. They will be out of many food selections, they won't care, the food that is available will be caked and crusted in the metal serving dishes and the trash cans will be overflowing. This is the absolute worst Chipotle location. I have been a few times over the past year and keep thinking it will finally be better. But it's not. The trash cans are always overflowing. Tables are always dirty. The line always takes forever while a number of employees seem to be standing around doing nothing. The food is worse than every other location I've been to. They are ALWAYS out of something. I went Monday evening 11/24 and will never go back. The server looked sick and I have been severely sick since. Second bad experience back to back with the same person. The small young woman who wears red lipstick and Works the afternoon/night shit acts like I'm inconveniencing her by making her do her job. Terrible customer service. Never says hello or even a welcome to chipotle. I try my best to be polite and give a warm greeting and always say please and thank you but I am met with a stale and angry look and silence. Even after paying I say thank you and have a great day and she turns and walks away without a word. Both times there has been no one else in the restaurant so I know she's not in a rush. The first time it happened I assumed maybe she had a bad day, but now I see it's reoccurring. She needs to be re-educated about customer service or removed from the line and put in a less customer involved roll. read more

I've been to this chipotle countless times and it's AWFUL. I went with friends recently and we all had eyelashes in our food. I've also found finger nails, and hair. DO NOT VISIT. Chipotle management reached to me after my last review but nothing was done after the initial email. Wow, I didn't check the reviews as I just arrived in Sherman, TX, and wanted to grab a quick bite. I waited in the long lunch line as I wondered why there was only one team member serving the food with a missing cashier?! Yes, I see someone trying to prep food and another cooking food, but the place needs at least another team member to help with the inside serving line. Yes, there was a worker and probably manager at the drive-thru, but not sure?! When I got to the front of the line to order my bowl, there was only chicken and no other meats or fajita vegetables?! The place is not the cleanest and everyone looked unhappy :( Sadly, I'm going to have to agree with all the other horrible reviews. Corporate should inspect and send leadership reinforcements. Should have read reviews first. This place is nasty. We are waiting in line- the work area looked like it had not been wiped down since opening this morning. Bored employees waiting on water to be poured under burners yawning and acting like they are about to fall asleep standing up instead of trying to clean. This place has super bad service, employees and even more so an old lady who I think is the manager who always is on the window. I went to pick up my order and she yelled at me and told me that she was not going to serve me until everyone in line was finished, that I was not special, she has a character that seems like she doesn't had a good it night lol I think that there shouldn't be this kind of people working in these restaurants. We stood in line for 15 minutes just for us to get to the front and them pull both FULL rice containers out and tell us they were out of both rices. I was pretty disappointed in this chipotle. The food wasn't good and the place was dirty. The staff was pretty curt and inconvenienced by us asking for them to wipe off a table so we could eat. After they wiped the loose food into the floor with the rest of the trash that was in the floor I noticed how dirty everything really was. The food in the hot bar didn't look fresh and the quac was dark brown. I'm reporting them to our health department as I'm pretty sure they are violating a few codes. Definitely would not recommend coming to this chipotle, your better off going literally anywhere else in Sherman. Edit. I've have given this place many tries, and they have messed my order up the last three times. Tonight I ordered a steak burrito bowl with white rice & black beans with guacamole & chips through the app. When I got back home to eat it, I opened the lid to a measly portion of chicken, pinto beans & no rice. No rice?!?! Are you kidding, Chipotle??? So I begrudgingly drove back up to there as that is not what I paid almost $20 for! (I live in the next town over, so it's not a quick trip) I went and stood by the register waiting to grab someone's attention. Finally the guy at the register asked me if something was wrong. I explained to him what happened and he took my bowl and walked away. He then can back a few minutes later and handed me another container and said "there you go". And then walked away again. No apology, nothing about that I had to drive all the way back up there to fix their mistake. No compensation for time, energy & gas it took to fix that mistake. Nothing! Another horrible place to eat at in Sherman. Customer service is non existent. Paid for large chips and cheese and received a 1/8 bag full of chips. When I questioned this, the lady at the counter 1:40 pm on 1/27/24 took the bag went to the back with my bag and came back out with attitude handed the bag to me and walked away. Went there 2 days ago place was out of the brisket and steak. Rice was old and dry. Staff all looked and seamed unhappy to be there. The drink station was dirty and no hot. Sauce at all there was an employee putting napkins there. I asked if they had Tabasco, she did not answer just walked away as went back to my table she put some new bottles on counter. Dirty and mismanaged. They were out of white rice and told me there wouldn't be anymore anytime soon. They were also out of multiple types of meat. Since the white rice was out I had to get brown rice, which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but it was undercooked and slightly crunchy. Smh I've been Chipotle's biggest patron since I was just a boy but after seeing Ryan D. Review I can no longer say that I am. I thought I was the lone victim of being overcharged for a pitiful, half full burrito but now I can confidently tell my family and friends that I in fact am not crazy. Love the great food and it gets 5 's from me! Chipotle App is great! Sign up for it and get points and free guacamole, queso blanco! The app could be as awesome as the food if 1) You could add a note to the person preparing the food. And 2) the person actually preparing the food read the order with the instructions as the order states. I've ordered twice on the app and had it delivered once. Delivery was A++ and even though you can now let them know you want less or more of rice, beans etc there is no way to add extra dressing, extra pico or extra salsa. Why not fix this or add a way to include instructions. Thanks for keeping open during the pandemic. Hopefully COVID-19 will dissipate soon and we can just go in and order it our own way! I came here as a courier for Uber eats. I have visited a few times as a customer myself and always disappointing (out of multiple items etc) but this takes the cake. Someone asked me what I was waiting on about 10 minutes after I had been waiting. Let them know, another 20 minutes pass and I'm irritated at this point and tell the lady at the register and she kind of shrugs it off and ignores me. I'll be declining any future deliveries that come through this location. Complete lack of urgency. I am always graceful after my years in food service, but as someone who has foodservice management experience this location does an awful job of providing a good experience to any of its patrons. read more
