I can no longer support this establishment. I will seek my WAB cravings elsewhere. Back in June I placed an order in the drive thru. This location has messed up our orders so much in the past that we got into the habit of searching the bags before leaving. After waiting in their designated parking spot, I checked my order and was missing gravy for chicken strips. I go inside for the gravy. I decided to check my bags again and realized they did not include my extra dressing that I paid for. Back inside once again! While eating the salad I bit into something hard. Amazing staff - absolutely perfect burgers and service. But man, please give these employees some a/c. As a guest, I get to leave after my meal, but not these poor hardworking employees. Hit the drive-thru around 10:30pm after work and there were SO many people in line. It was the only thing open in the area, so I decided to wait. And I waited. And waited. I ordered via a team member coming out to my car before I could even see the menu.
