The young man at the register (Robert) was very helpful and gave great customer service. It took longer than expected for our order to be brought to the table, but he was out and checking customers, said he would check on ours and can right back with it. Have gotten to go orders and brought them home to family so many times, just to find out, once home that the drinks are not correct. It's not like I can taste them upon pickup when they are for someone else. Last time I was in there - my rewards did not update when they were scanned. They told me they couldn't help with that. I WAITED 10 MINUTES.... For a substantial burger that helped me survive throughout this long, & cold night. 10 MINUTES!!!... for a warm, comforting & loving burger. With ketchup instead of mustard (thank you as i am "allergic" & i would have died) if not from starvation, to my severe allergy to the mustard tree. 10 MINUTES... is exactly the time i think it takes to make a perfectly crisp burger & fries made by the hands of the YOU. Ok we "my family" have chosen this local burger place because I grew up eating there. The one in quinlan has literally messed up EVERY single visit there. Someone needs retraining in quality control. Every single order in 15 visits has been missing, wrong, or incomplete- even being within 3' of the person at the window and tell them I need ketchup- they still have messed it up. I've eaten whataburger since 1979. This double cheeseburger was ok. I don't like spending 1.50 on cheese and 1.50 on bacon making my combo 12.00. I wouldn't mind so much at all, but the amount of French fries was sadly lacking. Potatoes are cheap. At least fill the cup up. I could have gone to Red Robin and paid less with unlimited fries. Come on man. One more thing I experienced as well as one other customer on a separate occasion. Too much mustard. But a third less mustard would be great. Ty. read more

Don't expect to be treated like you matter at this Whataburger. Dining room is always closed. Drive thru is only way to get your online order early in the morning. Looks to me that this owner needs a new manager. Sat in the drive thru this morning for over 10 minutes when myself and the truck at the window were the only customers. My food was ordered 25 minutes prior and already paid for but I still had to wait. Couldn't even get these people to hand me my food from the 1st drive thru window. This Whataburger is horrible. They constantly mess up your order. We called and they told us to keep our receipt and took our information. They failed to tell us that we had a timeframe of when we needed to come back to get a replacement meal. We tried to go tonight and we were told they would not be honoring the replacement meal and that if we wanted we could come back tomorrow and speak with the General Manager. Well just got home after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to find out my order is wrong. Order cheese on my burger not there ordered a large onion ring got a regular fry. Not to mention I've NEVER been asked to pay for condiments until this location???? Asked for sweet tea and ALL three times unsweet??? HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! always seem to mess up my orders and never have the dipping sauces out in the bags. They are really rude when you go back to ask them. Not sure if it's under new management or what. Anyway, the service has decreased and the ladies at the window and the ones taking your order are rude and closing the window before you can finish what your saying. The time before that they gave us the wrong order and it took us knocking on the door 3 times and telling the lady at the window (awkwardly because they were handing people their food) they got the wrong order before someone would even help us. A kid even exited and when my hubby asked him for help he throws his hands up and says "sorry I'm off" and kept walking. Didn't even bother to take the 2 seconds it would've taken to grab someone to help us. He gets in his car and hot rods off. Took an hour an a half that night to get our food. Granted, Whataburger isn't known for being speedy but out of the hour an a half we waited doesn't even include the 10min we waited in line to begin with only to end up with the wrong order. It was almost like if they acted like they didn't see us we'd just go away. They had none and would not make any fresh even though we had PAID for two cups of coffee AFTER asking if they had any coffee. Cashier was rude, shrugged and mumbled something about maybe there might be decaf 'over there'" before he returned to his interpersonal argument with a fellow employee. Ordered Onion Rings, received fries. Ordered Cinnamon Role to go with coffee, that did not arrive at all. Don't order from the website and expect your order to be ready at curbside or be correct. Nobody was there to give us the order (like the app said they would be). After asking 3 people to check on it, someone finally came out. By now we were not the only ones waiting for our food. Another 5 -10 minutes went by. We found another employee. An employee came out with a remake order but it was not the correct order for me or the other car. We finally left with our order about 45 minutes after we ordered it, and the onion rings we ordered were not in the bag. At this point we just cut our losses and moved on. Avoid at all costs.
