Just went through drive thru ordered 2 regular cheese coneys with mustard & onions & after we pulled off & pulled them out of the bag it looked like they dumped a whole bottle of mustard on each one. Evidently they have a cook with no common sense!I bet the manager or whoever is in charge of supply's would not have liked them using the mustard like that. I seriously don't even want to rate this as a 1 Star. I have lived in Quinlan for 24 years and I've always ate at this location. It's been good up until about 2 years now. The service is pitiful, the workers don't care about the customers or that their order is right. I constantly have to repeat my order cause there is stuff going on in the background of the building. They have gotten so many of my orders wrong the last 10 times I have been. Today I ordered a foot long frito chili pie,, super simple right, you put Fritos in them chili on top and top it off with cheese?? I mean come on it's Texas it's a staple. This location can't even get that simple task done. And my small onion rings came with 3 onion rings and hard!! I paid $10 for this junk!! This location needs ALOT OF HELP!! Well if I could give this place no stars I would, I pulled up to the drive thur. This was on a Friday night . Around 930 they were NOT BUSY . I made the simplest order ever .. 1 Honey BBQ popcorn chicken med. - 1 foot long chili cheese coney xtra cheese & tots add cheese LG half /half Small oven water slush Well 20 mins later I get the ocean water (correct) She hands me chicken just plain chicken She hands me a small order of I dont know what cause when I went to reach for she takes it back ... and Goes what did you order ? I was like WTF really I mean you read it back to me ... well I give the chicken back tell them it's wrong they dump a little sauce on the top and she gives it back she hands me a small tots little to no cheese and says you had 2 popcorn chicken I said NO ma'am I have a foot long coney extra cheese ... I felt sorry for the older lady in the drive Thur cause she had to tell the cooks 7 times she needed my coney ‍ Look I get if y'all are busy or if you are new but I been seeing y'all here for a long time ... The clothes that the Guys wear are so filthy that they look like they work at the oil change center part time in them. EWw That really needs attention and the drive through window could use regular Windex. Someone is not doing their job because the rest of Sonic Restaurants do not have these issues. They could use a good old fashion wash and Dry.... And maybe a Good Manager Exchange. read more

We went to Sonic Drive-In, Quinlan, TX on Nov. 23, 2019. We ordered a Route 44 Diet Dr. Pepper & a Junior Sonic cheeseburger. We waited and waited and waited for at least 15 minutes for our order to be delivered.....which it NEVER WAS DELIVERED! (by-the-way, when this guy told us how much our order was, he said: $21.34!!! We said to him, we only ordered a drink & a Jr. Sonic Cheeseburger! He then replied, oh, I looked at the wrong amount!!!) The young, tall,slim boy came out to our car(15 minutes later) and asked if we had ordered? Well, he knew we had placed our order, because we saw him at the drive-thru window- which we was parked in a parking spot right accross from that location. We told him - YES- and then repeated what we had told him in the first place! He even repeated, back to us, what part of the order was told to him in the first place. He said "oh we do not have the Junior Sonic Cheeseburger"; I then spoke up and said to this guy, WHY DID YOU NOT TELL US THAT, INSTEAD OF JUST LETTING US SIT HERE AND WAIT FOR 15 MINUTES??? All he could say was - sorry! We, at that time, told him to just cancel our order! He then left our car and went back inside of Sonic. I don't know what is happening with these employees at this location, BUT, SOMEONE, like MANAGEMENT, needs to re-evaluate its employees and their work habits, etc.! I, mayself, will NOT go back to this Sonic location ever again! There are other Sonic locations that treat the customer right & will appreciate my patronage. read more

Tried this place a total of four times, first three was two years ago, food was not good fries ALWAYS stale and they never had peanut butter for my peanut butter fudge shake I wanted. Decided I was through with it and didn't go back for two years. Went back hoping there would've been a change and fries stale and hard like they were old, burger was cold. Not going back. I stopped coming here due to the fact they could never get my order correct and always cold. Thought I'd give the $5.Boom Box a try. well the $5. boom box cost $6.06 bacon was extra. Commercial says Bacon. It doesn't say Bacon cost extra.After getting home I finally found a piece of bacon on the dog.And the fries, what can I say cold and not very many in the little box.
