Then she messed up our order and gave us attitude , and made us pay extra, she didn't even ask if we needed any ketchup or anything. One of the workers was extremely rude and condescending, my food was prepared incorrectly and took a very long time, and the floors were filthy and sticky. The last time I was in the drive through, it took 15 minutes to get my food. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and go again, nope, it took them 20 minutes this time. I was the only one in the drive through!! Even though the wait is long, it's worth it. Good ol artery clogging fast food. I'm guessing they make the food fresh which is what takes them so long. This was our first time to Whataburger and I wasn't sure what to expect. There's a lot of bad reviews for several Whataburgers in the area, but then again it's fast food so I anticipate there will be. Nonetheless we had to give it a try since these are not in our area. I got the sweet and spicy bacon cheeseburger and my fiancé got the patty melt. I didn't realize mine was a double cheeseburger so I only ate half. Being it was my first time and probably not going to be back for a while I wanted to try both fries and onion rings and asked if that's an option for my meal. The manager said there wasn't a way to ring it up but he had no problem doing it. My sweet and spicy bacon cheeseburger was pretty good. It has grilled diced onions on it which I'm not a huge fan of, but it didn't bother me to wipe those off. My biggest complaint about my burger was the mustard. I don't mind mustard but it wasn't in the same taste profile as the sweet and spicy sauce- so the mustard seemed overpowering which then makes the whole burger pointless in a sense. I did have extra sweet and spicy sauce on the side, so I wiped off the mustard and added more s&s sauce and that seemed to do the trick. My fiancé was pleased with his burger as well. The fries were good, typical fast food fries, nothing to rave about. The onion rings had an overwhelming oil taste and I was not a fan. We upgraded our meals with shakes. They didn't bring out the shakes with our meals, so when we went to ask about them we found out they were supposed to be with our meals, but that didn't bother us. However when they brought us our shakes, he brought us larges to make up for not giving them to us initially. That was very nice of him and he didn't have to as it really wasn't a big deal, but it goes to show how well the customer service was. The strawberry shakes are amazing! If you're wanting to give it a try like us, this one would be a good option. read more

I waited a full hour and a half in the drive thru line, and that included 20 minutes just at the window after I had already paid. The burger was soooo yummy and flavorful, better than I have gotten at a lot of sit down restaurants! My favorite fast food burger and fries. Classic grilled burger taste made to order. I've never gotten bad service at this location even when they were super busy. When I'm eating lighter their grilled chicken sandwich and salads are great. read more

I grew up in Texas, so naturally, I love Whataburger. Sadly I don't go much anymore because of past experiences at this location. The service is SO SLOW. A lot of the time they are very busy, so a wait is expected, but it was always way too long. I'm patient, being a food service worker, but the wait time was always just unacceptable. Many times my food would barely be warm after waiting 10 minutes or longer to get it. :( read more

Best burgers in Moore. My wife loves cheeseburgers and any time she wants one we go to Whataburger. These can't be beat.

The cheeseburger was pretty good but the patty was flat. French fries were stale. Service was ok.

You cannot go wrong with whataburger! Only giving 4 stars because the floor really had a lot of trash everywhere on it.

This location sucks!!! For one, every time I have attempted to give them a shot, the wait time is ALWAYS more than half an hour. The food is mediocre at best (when they can even get the simplest of orders right.) As well, the staff members are always rude and create a pretty harsh environment for the customers.
