The lady said no, I asked when they planned on serving it, she replied we're not we're behind. Didn't offer any other solution, basically I was screwed and could go some where else. Hard to explain. It has the potential to be a Whataburger with good reviews. The manager is very scatterbrained and bouncing off every device in the kitchen with absolutely no clear direction for the staff to follow. The staff. Hmmmm! Nothing against special needs people but it appears that everyone of them have some type of special need. From mental to physical. Nothing wrong with that but you can't have a strong efficient team that way. 50% of the staff has to be able to flow direct orders when the other seem to struggle with it. I would eat here more often if it didn't take so long to get my food. It took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. This is with 4 cars ahead of me. The time before this it took even longer. My boyfriend and I come here a lot in the middle of the night and every time we do they always mess something up. Things like missing fries and wrong sauces on burgers is annoying. All I ever see the manager do is stand around while the regular employees act like it's their first day. Well a couple of days after Turkey day, some friends and I ate at Whataburger. #2 Double Meat whataburger filled me up along with the fries and pop (okie slang for soda). My friend's son down a triple meat patty! Maybe next time, I'll try take the challenge! What I really enjoyed was the spicy Ketchup. Worse Whataburger there is! What part of #2 with cheese, no onions is so dam hard to understand?! Instead I get a plain, pickle and lettuce only burger! Yes it was the right bag, and the ticket even has the order right! Whoever cooked it and put this in the bag, needs some training!! So much for "fast food....." I never eat fast food, but my husband and I hadn't eaten ALL day, so on my way home, I stopped and placed an order on 8/12 at 1250am. Just 2 meals and 2 shakes. Pretty simple. Well, I did not leave to go home until 130am. I placed my order via the app, thinking it would be quicker with the long lines wrapped around the building. I sat and waited as the drive thru vehicles kept coming and going and I finally get my food. It seemed like a lot but I got it, pulled over and checked and it was full of tons of food that wasn't even ours. And no shakes. We called and told them and I was instructed to wait in the curbside parking. I did. For almost 30 ADDITIONAL MINUTES. We called again, they answered the phone saying "we are on our way out with it." She brought me the food and it was still incorrect. Y'all took 30 min to remake a simple order and still got it wrong? I was missing fries and one shake. I told her, she rolled her eyes and walked back inside. She came back with my other shake and told me the manager gave us larges instead of smalls for the inconvenience. She also told me to let them know the next time we come back and our meals will be on them. Well, I don't think we will be back and I don't think that's how it works, how about a refund? After reading all of these other reviews, this seems to be a common trend for this location. Absolutely ridiculous. We used to love this location a few years ago. Now, it is HORRIBLE!!! Do yourself a favor and keep driving. The service is terrible. Takes FOREVER to get your food, and then it is nasty. The inside is so filthy. Dirty tables, flies everywhere. No ice in the ice machine. The service is unbelievably bad. I wish I could give it zero stars. We will never be back to this location. Ok so I'm new at the delivery thing like a lot of us are so this review is of both Whataburger and grub hub. Three out of three times it's been a bad experience. The first time it came within the hour and I expected the driver to follow the "special instructions " and knock twice on the door but it's never happened. The first time it was ice cold. The second time it was 1:30am. I submitted my order and waited 15 minutes after the hour (1.5 hours) so I called Whataburger. They explained then process to me so 2.5 hours later when we got the food it was ok because I do understand it was a weeks day and the time. So the third and last time was Friday evening at 11:30. I was aware of the time but figured on a Friday night there would be all kinds of people taking advantage of it. So I waited the two hours and called Whataburger. I we right about them being faster on a weekend which didn't really matter because I was told the order was picked up an hour prior my calling so it didn't show up at all. I'm calling both Whataburger and grub hub tomorrow. read more

Stopped by there tonight for some late night food. The manager did an excellent job handling some very rude customers and did his absolute best to deliver everyone's food in a timely fashion. Been here three times. The wait is insane. Be prepared to wait literally a half hour in the drive thru unless there are no cars ahead of you. First time I went it was a twenty five minute wait for a chicken strip sandwich, second time I went at 10am to get early lunch, no one in the drive thru and it still took 15 minutes, and last time I went I waited 20 minutes for them to only give one order to a car three ahead so I left the line and went to Zaxby's. By the time I had drove to Zaxby's, ordered, paid, got my food, and drove past whataburger, the car ahead of me was STILL sitting in line. Just insane how long it takes. They aren't all like this. The one in Oklahoma city near the airport hotels is fast and good food. Unfortunately in Moore this is the whataburger we are stuck with. I can't even go here anymore it's too frustrating. Please never ever count on them to get your order right. They will almost always get it wrong. Workers are polite most of time I just wish they would check their orders before they send them out. Also never go there if you're in a hurry. Most of the time they take 20 minutes or longer. read more

I grew up in Texas so I've been eating whataburger for decades. The only reason this is a 4 star instead of 3 is because people were friendly. We went through the drive thru and it took entirely too long for the line not being long (especially for how many people were inside working) . The fries were barely salted and stale.
