I was driving around with my lovely friends and we decided we needed a thirst quencher and a bit of a snack to nibble on, so we go through the drive through and what do you know... they forgot my friend Sharon's drinks.!!! So I say Sharon you pull back around there as Sharon is quite shy and didn't want to complain... Terrible decision to stop in the AM. Service was very slow. Food was cold. My cold coffee was horrible. This is only the second time to stop at this Wataburger, I thought I would let them redeem themselves from the first terrible visit, but I guess they didn't. Have always loved the freshness and taste of the food here....Went by this morning ( 9/1/22 ) at 7 30 AM and walked in to get 2 sausage biscuits.... Stood waiting over 20 minutes for my order and watched 2 girl's running the place, one cooking and one taking inside orders and working drive thru....when finally getting my order the biscuit was hard and seemed left over from previous day's, sausage cold, all seemed like had been left on the warming tray for too long.......Very slow service, poor food quality, and was late for my scheduled meeting.....I don't think these problems at this location is from lack of competent help availability, I suspect it is from Corporate greed of not wanting to pay wages for enough people to give good service.....Whataburger is sure going downhill.........fast In reading others reviews, how is this place given a 4 star rating ???? Walked in since drive-thru was busy and long lines to order (3) sandwiches only "to go". After checking on order every 15 mins and being told each time they're being made just them each time, we finally got our (3) sandwiches only after 45 mins with no restitution or apology from management whom eventually had to make our sandwiches. I went in last week to have a meal replaced. I had contacted Amanda Rios thru an online address. Amanda was sorry for the cold meal I received and said she would replace it. I went in and spoke with Jojo and I heard her tell an employee to drop fresh onion rings and you think they would cook fresh patties but no they did not they need to replace the grill cook he controls the freshness of the food he puts out. I stopped the the other morning because I had a coupon for there jalapeño breakfast sandwich and I will say it was good, I will not return for burgers. read more

The food is pretty good when you get the right order...do not, I repeat do not go here if you are on your way to work. You will be late every time...spent 40 min in line one time. Min time is about 20 min. Customer service more often than not is non existant. I've had really good customer service a couple of time but it's very few and far between. read more

I love this place, almost every town in Texas has a WHATABURGER and if you've lived in Texas long, then you've eaten there, if you grew up in Texas, then you grew up eating these amazing GIANT burgers - super great fries...... and to die for milk shakes! Joke of a restaurant can't make a single order right and can't properly keep the drive thru moving will never go back.

Stopped in for 2 shakes and an order of fries. There were 4 employees standing at the counter. Only 1 person seemed able to take an order. We had to wait on that same employee to make the shakes because one of the others standing around told us it wasn't his job when we asked where the shakes were. That same employee continued to make snide remarks as he just walked around. Not impressed with this place. Definitely need to improve work ethic and customer service. read more

Slowest Whataburger EVER! I have turned around and left way more times than I have ever actually placed an order at this particular location. If you are placing an order in the drive through and there is a full line of cars in front of you, expect AT LEAST a 20 minute wait. I have found it significantly faster to cut onions, lettuce, tomatoes and cook a real burger on the grill at home than pay $20+ dollars to have them make me 2 burger meals any any time of the day or night at this location...and for crying out loud...fix the drive through overhang! It looks like a trailer park Whataburger because someone hit the building and has not been fixed in like a year!!! Duct tape on your building is not a good look for a national chain! read more

The food is only okay and it's pretty expensive for what it is. About the same quality as jack n the box right across the street. I gave it two stars because the burger was not really good at all and then with in 5 hours I had horrible food poisoning. This location has gone downhill and quickly. I know they cook their food fresh to order and that's why the wait is so long, but that's not the big issue. In the last 3 months, not a single time have I ordered, did I received all of the food I paid for. They offer me a free replacement the next time I come in, but wouldn't it be easier to receive the food the first time around? It's inconvenient that i have to drive BACK to the restaurant to get my food and go back to home and the rest of it be cold. Now, they're trying to speed up their out-the-window times and the meat isn't done all the way. It's not so bad that you'd get sick, but it's bad enough where you're sick of seeing pink in your burger every time you order. i usually have a good experience here with decent food. this afternoon i got 2 meals for me and my dad while im home for the weekend from college. i was in a wonderful mood until i came across these employees. the woman that took my card to pay snatched it out of my hand and never said a word to me. then i got to the second window and a blonde girl who didn't have a mask on her nose and mouth which is disgusting when you're serving me food during a pandemic whipped the window open and yelled "did you have a sweet tea and unsweetened tea???" and i said "yes?" Very confused as to why she was being rude. she basically threw the drinks and me and they had nearly NO ICE and i have worked in fast food and know that tea is brewed and not cold so you have to put quite a bit of ice for it to be cold. before i could get my sentence out asking why there was no ice she yelled the machine wasn't filled. well that isn't my job. it's yours and i shouldn't be yelled at for it. she whipped it open again and asked rudely if i wanted ketchup and i said yes please and she aggressively grabbed ONE KETCHUP for my TWO MEALS. very bad experience and i will not be coming back. read more

What-a-burger..almost just how I like it. One of my favorite places for a quick burger and they give you a Texas sized fast food serving compared to McDonald's and BK. Triple with bacon, a heart attack has never tasted so good. Had drive through problems so I went inside. The drink fountain was clean which, sadly enough, is something that must be mentioned after visiting some other places here. The fries are good if you eat them first. DO NOT let them get cold or even luke warm for that matter. Service was ok the drive-through lady had major issues understanding me. English was not her original language in her defense. After the order was finally correct it was a meal I have been waiting on for a month. I LOVE these burgers, it's a shame the fries don't match. If you are aiming for one of the best fast food meals, pair this burger with some McDonalds fresh fries and eat your sorrows away. read more

Me and my friend were passing through town and decided to pull over into whataburger and have something to eat. My friend is very specific as to what she eats and how she eats it, so she made sure that the cashier got her order correct the way she wanted it before paying for it, which is no onions, no pickles, add mayo, add grilled jalapeños and patty well done. Once we sat down and they brought our burgers to the table, she began to inspect her burger and found that grilled jalapeños, that she had paid for, were not on the burger and that the meat was not well done. She told the cashier about the mistake and she waited until they brought her out another burger, only to find out that the there were onions on the burger. At this point she was just frustrated and told the kind lady that it was fine like it was, that she would take the onions off. Point is, if you offer the option to request an item a specific way make it right the first time because it is frustrating and irritating when it takes more that one time to get it correct. read more

Stopped for fast food in a hurry traveling. Not sure if they lost our order or what. Only know everyone there before and after us had eaten and some had even left. We still waited. 35-45 min we waited. Went to inquire and was told there was only 1 order in front of us as they called for #9 to come get their order. WE WERE #4. AND WE WERE STILL WAITING..... I gave them 5 more min. Still NO sign of them even working on our order. Went and asked for a refund only to be huffed at and puffed at by the manager. The manager NEVER offered an apology or explanation. The ONLY thing she did was act like she was put out that we wanted a refund. I did feel very sorry for the only girl who tried to help us and felt bad for her. She should be the one managing the place in my opinion. She was the ONLY one in there who seemed to care! She was very professional and polite. My dad was traveling with us. He said he'd never eat at another Whataburger. read more
