Waited 30 minutes to order in the drive through. pulled around the side in the second service lane and waited for another 15 minutes before I had to yell at the lady working the window and ask if my lane was open for service. She said it wasn't. So I had to pull around in the curbside service and was told to wait for my order. 5 minutes later I walked inside only to find as soon as I walked in, then they had started putting my order together. Sometimes you have moments in your life where a certain something in your universe shifts and you start to think of things a little differently. I had been here before for the patty melt (if you're a fan of this sandwich do yourself a favor and try theirs) and the spicy ketchup (always, always say yes to the spicy ketchup) but I happened to try a breakfast sandwich kind of by accident because I would have never ordered it myself. A coworker brought in a bunch for the office one day and my life changed, just like that. Are you ready for this? A piping hot cheddar jalapeno biscuit with a sausage patty, melted American cheese and a fried egg. A REAL egg. This isn't that weird cake patty of an egg you get at other fast food places. When we find a Whataburger we stop and enjoy an awesome burger!! Staff is very courteous and helpful. Service was fast and the place is very clean. I will be back next time I am in town. The only downside is the bathroom facilities. Restaurant Capacity is around 80 with one toilet for ladies and one for the men. So you may have to wait inline to go to the bathroom. read more

Ordered via the Whataburger mobile app ahead of arrival. Got there 2 minutes before the estimated pick up time and no food. The manager denied receiving any order in the system even after being shown the order receipt in app and the credit card charge. They are unapologetic about the screwup and claimed that it must have been the phone that was used to place the order somehow "lost signal" so the order never went through-because their system is "functioning as it should". He never offered an explanation as to why the same phone was able to submit a credit payment for the transaction that Whataburger took but somehow the food order sent simultaneously from the same phone " lost signal". After trying to reason with the manager for 25 minutes without a resolution, the manager states that we should place and pay for another order. As far as the order that we already paid for, he suggests that we take it up with our credit card company! So we left without the food we paid for and now have to spend more time to file a claim to get our money back! Imagine that! Errors happens in life and with technology, but when presented with sufficient evidence and given an opportunity to fix the error, the manager's unreasonable response made the situation worst. Calling Whataburger customer service only reached a sympathetic agent who were unable take immediate action to issue a refund. She was only able to record the incident and file a claim for us. Her comment was "if you don't hear a response from us in 72 hrs, give us a call again"-- who has time for that??? We opted for fast food while traveling late at night because we didn't have time to stop at a proper restaurant. We opted mobile order because we wanted to get back on the road quickly. As if wasting 25 minutes without food and loosing $30 is not enough! read more

This place lacks in decency. We went here because it was the only place that was open at 2 in the morning, and we were not happy. The food was not that great compared to the daytime hours, probably because the workers did not want to be there. They were rude and lazy, they had no ice in the fountain drink machines, no sweet tea, everything was out! So next time, for a late night hunger, I'll just eat my feet instead. read more

Nobody at registers when I came in. The girl who came kept repeating herself, but it was probably due to the fact she was forgetting what she was saying while she was joking with other employees. Didn't take my order correctly, but no worries. There wasn't any tea at the drink station. I was a little disappointed at first to say the least. However, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous as I come to expect from Whataburger. I have to say the food from this experience was top notch. It was without a doubt the best patty melt I have had in years. I love my Whataburger and I can't help, but say how the food impressed me. Whataburger was actually my first job. So trust me I know what I'm talking about. I will say I never did get the tea to the front section, but I did over hear the staff saying how it should be out there but a manager told them to keep it behind the counter. I don't get it, and it really goes against everything they're supposed to do. Especially since there is a big gap on the counter where it is supposed to be. Whatever, the food was great and that's what really counts. On top of the overly courteous staff, I definitely recommend this place. The last few times I've visited this particular restaurant I have received sub-par service, consistently. Today set the bar for the worst service I've ever had. I walked in and wasn't waited on for at least 5 minutes. The manager approached me and asked what I wanted to eat- then the cashier slowly followed behind him to take my order. She was very rude, and obviously personally upset that I was doing business with her company. There was a small group of people in the dining area that were loud and obnoxious- and they were harassing the manager about not getting one of the group's girls her "check" in a timely fashion. And- to top it all off, my fires were cold and stale, and the chicken was tough and also cold. Until the management of this place does something about the people they hire and retain, I will stay away from all of the What-A-Burger restaurants. Poor customer service is not acceptable and should never be tolerated in any business. read more

I'm not a big fast food eater but I love Whataburger and over the weekend, my husband and I wanted to stop there to pick up some lunch. The food was good, don't get me wrong but that will be the last time I go to this location. I don't know who the heck is training these people but they have the worst attitudes I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I almost bit my tongue off trying to refrain from telling the woman working drive thru that she needed to straighten out her terrible attitude. There is no excuse for smarting off at someone when they ask a question about an order and then not saying a word when they drive up to the window.
