Other Classics: The chicken fried steak sandwich is a gem. Sure, it's a frozen patty, but it's rare to even find this on a fast-food menu anymore. There's something nostalgic and comforting about it. The chicken sandwich is legit, and the hot link sandwich has great flavor if you want to try something different. Dessert: Don't skip the fried apple pie--it's that old-school style McDonald's used to have before they went "healthy" with baked pies. Crispy, hot, and just the right amount of sweet.
