Amazing! Miguel's customer service was outstanding. If I had to choose between burger king, mcdonalds, or wendy's, I wouldn't go to any of these as they close early or never have what I need, Whataburger has it all! Fresh food, nice customer service, cleanliness! read more

I've noticed a consistent pattern of delays every time I visit this location. Whether it's no coffee, not enough staff, or overall disorganization, there always seems to be an issue. Management does not appear to proactively prepare, especially on Sundays between 9-11 a.m.--a time when the church brunch crowd is guaranteed. I truly hope this location can improve its planning and service to better care for its loyal, paying customers. read more

For an Uber eats order I accepted 10 minutes prior, waited another 10 minutes and it's still not ready. Just a warning to Ubereats drivers to avoid this business, it'll waste your time. Completely empty inside and drive through at 9;26 pm by the way read more

This is the third time I have been there and had to wait 20 minute plus for food.. the manager clicks the board so management thinks orders are going out fast then they forget and miss tickets..this time I made them refund me..go to any other whataburger and you NEVER have this issue...miss this place read more

Whataburger - Old cold fries - Burgers Near Me - Houston, Texas

Very disappointed as I never had Whataburger before. Paid a lot of money for terrible food. I should have looked at reviews before I went. Probably the last time. It's like we got the last of what was left over and we waited too long. And glad we checked our bag before leaving because they didn't give us the patty melt we ordered. Fries were stale and cold, skimpy for a large. I had the #1 burger and asked for grilled onions but got raw onions. Burger was very salty. Patty melt cheese wasn't melted and just plopped on it. Patty melt looked sad and meat cold lol. Double cheeseburger... cheese wasn't melted and it was hard and meat was cold. We went inside to order and waited for this nasty food. Need a refund and not sure if it should have even 1 star. read more

No wonder y'all have two stars! We ordered the grilled cheese. We got cold cheese slices wrapped and the toast wrapped separately. We've gone to other Whataburgers and grilled cheese is served. No problems at all! Female manager was a smart a** too. She said oh I'll come to your house and make it for you! Boy I tell ya! read more

This location desperate needs help. 30+ minutes to get your order... nothing is stocked... no ice, no lids, no napkins... surely management here just don't give a damn... I ordered inside and I can see the drive thru going but not for customers dining in. Exactly 36 minutes I got my order and fries were soft... customer came in w their dog. Pooped in the dining area and no one cleaned it.. Worst whataburger ever!!! read more

Here's my review; I arrived to their drive thru tonight and had an exceptional experience!!! I don't know if people ever pay attention to this? But I do, and as soon as I got a greeting I noticed that it was a lady (& I hope this message gets across right without sounding wrong) but anyways, ladies were in the front doing the greeting and my guys were in the back flicking their wrists (again, I hope my message doesn't get across wrong) ....the cadence was great. The crew had extraordinary timing and great energy...if i felt lost ordering, Lorena knew what to do to make me feel taken care of. The guys seemed very hard working and I could honestly see the teamwork between everyone. (I'd take my hat off for you if Houston wasn't so hot) but you guys did great! Everything went so smoothly. Me and friend loved it! We just came back from a road trip from Florida and y'all made this night more at ease. Thank you! read more

Every damn time I come to this whataburger it's always the same damn issue. I always ask for a large combo and I try my best to say it as clearly as possible whenever I go through the drive through but for some reason its like the person behind the speaker cant hear me and they give me a medium. You hear my entire order yet you cant hear that I said large? I always have to repeat that I ordered my meal large at the window or when the person comes to my car. read more

I ate there today and got a number one meal and my friend got one of his custom orders I don't remember. I do remember however was an over half hour wait for my food, it was dine in and when they brought it to us it was cold. The fries were lukewarm and they didn't even package my food properly, tomatoes and onions were in the package instead of on the burger. My friend got the sweet tea and he told me it tasted sour, one of the employees serving us wasn't even wearing a mask. I love wattaburger bur I can't express how disappointing this was. I paid over 20 dollars cash for a good afternoon out but it wasn't it. read more

Whataburger - Two burger meal - Burgers Near Me - Houston, Texas

I recently ordered a takeout curbside order before going into work. I made the order early morning so that I could be in front of Houston's traffic! I arrived and parked and checked in and had to wait 25 minutes for staff to come out to mention that an item that I ordered was not available. The staff member stated that my other items were ready for pick up and He would be back with it if I was okay with not having the missing item. I mentioned to the staff member that I had been waiting for a while and he stated that he was only one person very rudely! I requested that he just cancel my order and He replied that he could not refund my order and to go online if I needed a refund. I chose to just take the order due to the fact I had promised coworkers I would bring food! Upon arriving to my destination the food was ice cold and horrible missing items. I love Whataburger brand however I am done with this location. read more

Better believe at this location you will in fact wait 30-45 minutes for some piping cold food. You will wait in line for what seems like forever, take out and drive thru. If you're in a rush, just go to Red Lobster down the street, it'll be quicker to wait for that. Or maybe just hit up Walmart and cook, again, same wait time. Shaking my head at you Whataburger! read more

I used a coupon. Paid for the cheese on the Whataburger and no cheese. In the grand scheme of things $0.50 is a lot of money however when I pay for an item or a service I expect it. The cashier acted like it was problematic for me to use my coupon. I'm not driving all the way over there. I'm on my lunch break right now. I can't waste the time. But I'm disappointed. read more

Whataburger - Burgers Near Me - Houston, Texas

I waited over thirty minutes for my order, and the place is not crowed. I do not recommend this location.

This is my only Fast Food vice... Whataburger! I really don't like fast food because it always leaves me feeling icky. BUT... Whataburger is the best late night food you can get! This location is always consistent and yummy. The drive thru is fast and the chicken sandwich I get is always of good quality. As David N mentions, the Texas toast is awesome and artery clogging! Open 24 hours a day! How can you beat that?? read more

So I was looking at my burger's list and realized I've missed a very important burger joint...WHAT A BURGER!!! This is a place that I seem to neglect because it's become such a huge chain. But their burgers always stay consistently good. But honestly what out does their burgers is their chicken strip combo. The Texas toast with the gravy!!! YUMMY!!! Plus they are open 24/7 which is a must for the late night munchies. I usually get a cinnamon roll here also and to finish it all off they have STRAWBERRY SODA!!! read more

Good ol' Whataburger faire is served up here and it's quite good. The service is friendly but the wait time can be a little slow. So if you are in a hurry you may want to go inside and order to go rather than dine in or use the drive through. For whatever reason, ordering to go inside seems to be the quickest. Our order consisted of 2 Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich combos, a Whataburger with cheese and jalapenos combo, Chicken Strips combo, soft drinks and a malt. Like most Whataburgers, this one will add extra malt if you ask. Spicy ketchup is will also be given upon request. The food was hot, fries crispy and the malt was excellent and satisfying after a long day. read more

I got my burgers fast. Service was quick and to the point. Prices were pretty good - $3.04 for a single whataburger. And the whataburger is definitely a "WHATABURGER!" And I mean that for fast-food burgers - none of the gussy-gourmet types which I also do love. Fresh meat, fresh produce, great buns (and they're toasted too, which is a big plus) - and just a great overall burger that makes me happy to forget about the other major chains in the area that sells burgers at this price (McD and BK). Yes, there's Five Guys and some others - but they sell their burgers for way over $3 - and frankly, I think Whataburger can even compete with those guys! On top of that, after having worked at a Whataburger and a Jack-In-The-Box when I was much younger (at a different location, for the record), I have to say I gained a lot of respect for Whataburger's clean practices in the kitchen, which is unparalleled for a fast-food burger chain. read more

The one on Highway 6 is a pain. They take 30+ minutes to get you your food. The food is ALWAYS cold no matter how long they take, they ALWAYS mess up on something and when you order through Uber Eats or Doordash, you will always have fries missing, burger missing, etc. I'm over this location and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm done. This one specifically needs to shut down. The employees are rude as well. read more

2nd time I had to wait 20+ min for a burger....goddamn... are they no longer a fast food joint.?!

If I can give them 0 stars I would. My cousin and I waited over a hour for our meals. When we got there the dining area was open at 12:45am by the time we got our food it was 1:30am and Johnathan R told us we had to leave even though there were people inside still, I told him "we have been waiting over a hour for our food, when we got here dining was open" and he says "oh well it's closed now so you have to leave" easily the worst whataburger ive ever been to and I will be calling corporate because this is outrageous. all of the Hispanics were allowed in but we were the only 2 that had to leave? read more

Literally worst customer service, the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Thankfully after having to contact another Whataburger location we were finally able to get some help. What's the point of having a manager if they're literally just in their phone the whole time? read more

This was the first time I've ever used a delivery service for fast food. Most of the time I eat in person or use the drive through. I'm giving this location 5 stars because the service and food was awesome!!! The guy arrived on time and the food was hot and fresh. I've noticed all the 1 stars but when people provide great service,I believe it's important to let them know.I must admit that the charge was a little pricey. Whata burger charges a service charge and delivery charge .But I still tipped the guy for his excellent service. I would have preferred to pay only delivery and the service charge going to the driver. But anyway, if the service and food is good then that's all that matters.... read more

This was the worst service ever and I've been coming here ever so often even during coven 19 and I decided instead of going through the drive-thru line I could walk in and make my order for a triple burger with the order onion rings I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for the order while I saw at least 10 or 12 orders go out the window and about 3 or 4 orders walk in people after I'd actually placed my order and I still didn't get my my stuff till about 40 minutes later after I've been sitting in the standing in there waiting for my order inside it's just the the service is deplorable that manager or assistant manager should be fired read more

I have eaten at many of the Whataburger's in Houston and other cities. But the Whataburger @ 3530 S Texas 6 in Houston is by far the very worst that Whataburger has in their restaurant chain. I will never eat at this location ever again ... And I'm telling my friends about it as well. The food was terrible - This is the very worst Whataburger in West Houston. There seems to be zero quality control on their delivered hamburgers. Order a double meat - it came on a badly burnt hamburger bun and the entire burger was smashed flat (and it was not the door dash driver that did it). And besides that - the burger had no taste to it - very bland. Whataburger use to have the most flavorful burgers around. I will NEVER eat or order at this Whataburger n HWY6 (3530 Highway 6 S) ever again. read more

Horrible service, especially at night. Burgers, fries, onion rings etc. all precooked laying on the side of the grill to sell. Then tossed out the drive thru window like cold slop on a pig truff to save time in prep. I for one would rather wait an hour in drive thru for a hot fries, burger and cold shake. You wonder why Chic Filet is crushing it? Fresh hot food with excellent customer service. You're failing. Being that now about 95% of your business is now Drive thru you need to improve. Bye I'm headed to Windys read more

Pro tip! Don't re-fry the hash browns ;) they're good crunchy but I shouldn't be almost breaking my teeth on them. Also, listen to the customer when you're taking their order. If you speak over them the entire time you're bound to miss some of what they tell you. (As you guys did!) :) read more
