We have been to this Whataburger multiple times and had exceptional service, it was clean, and the employees friendly. Tonight was a different story. Every single table was dirty several people were asking for the tables to be cleaned. The employee who was on his lunch hour got up and cleaned one of the tables. My husband cleaned our table. When I needed help with the receipt standing at the register by myself waiting for one of the employees who made eye contact with me from the back, no one came to the front register. So I decided to get their attention that I would walk into the doorway of the kitchen and finally told one of the employees I need your help. I walked back to the register and one of the employees came out and told me that I could not do that and not come to back into the kitchen. So my response would be, when you make eye contact with a customer who is standing at the register clearly you should go out and help them. We'll be back but only Monday through Friday when I know that the manager is there watching things. read more

Don't have your son/daughter work at Whataburger. Son started working there and when he excepted position he told them he needed off for a family vacation and manager agreed this would be ok. Went on vacation out of country and when he returned and looked up his schedule he had no days and called to talk to manager. Was told he was scheduled and was a no call no show and was fired. Manager told him he should of checked his schedule and called off when he saw he was scheduled. read more

Food is good but the service is pretty bad. I know they just opened but every single time we've been to this location they have either messed our order up or missed putting items in our bag. Tonight they skipped putting an entire meal (minus the drink) in our bag at almost 11 o'clock at night. They're over 15 minutes away from us. We won't be driving back because it's late and we were wanting to get food and go to bed. Terrible quality of food and very poor customer service. Went through drive-through and waited over 10 minutes and received cold burgers, cold fries and missing some items. Returned to location to have them remake my order and waited over 15 minutes and they never produced it, when I finally found a manager he had no idea that I brought an order back and walked away from me and never helped me deal with my order. Love that we finally have a Whataburger in the area! It's definitely been a hit or miss for me. The green chile burger is my fave here! Huge burger too. That's always been a hit. However, I've had a handful of times where I've gotten home and food is missing and definitely charged for the item. There has always been something not in stock such as gravy, ranch or jalapeño ranch. Ohh and they have also started charging for dipping sauces too. Today all my food was in the bag, but my drink was gross! The syrup ran out and just tasted like a club soda. Ugh. The staff is friendly thou! While I waited at the window for about 7 minutes just to pay, the staff inside the restaurant were having a good old time laughing about something. But they seemed to be in general disarray, with every vehicle waiting a long time for no particular reason. I can forgive the wait, though (probably over 20 minutes in total) for the food. But this dinner is AWFUL. I regret paying for this - and I've never said that about Whataburger before. The bread is dry and toasted too dark, the fries taste stale, the chicken is overcooked and the "cream gravy" could best be described as gravy flavored Water. Just appalling. I took about five bites of this meal and threw it into the trash, where it belongs. Sadly, this is the closest location to my house, but I won't come back here. Good fast food burger. No cheese required to show its a flavorful burger. Relatively consistent. Just please leave off the mustard and chopped onions! Fries can be inconsistent. Love the rewards and order ahead pickup options. Placed an order for delivery. Only 3 items, a burger, fries and onion rings. The onion rings were missing. How can a respectable restaurant not fulfill 3 items in an order, so pathetic!!! I know they just opened so I was super patient with the drive thru. The girl taking my order was great. She had a coach there which really helps when a food business is new. Now the bad part, the burger is mhew. Very dry with very little condiments. Nothing spectacular. I also ordered a salad which for $9.19 should be awesome. The dressing was missing out of the bag. This is not fast food. This location is always very slow. Today I pulled up to the drive through and there was no other cars in line and ordered a burger and two kids meals. I was told to pull up to the yellow line and wait. 4 cars pulled up behind me and got their food and drove off it took about 20 minutes to get our food. I had my wife go in to check on what was going to the restaurant was not busy and the employees were just shooting the breeze. The food came out while my wife was out of the car. This location is NOT serving food in the late night/early morning hours. IT is a 24/7 location, and they are 'refusing' to serve food late night. two nights in a row they state 'systems are down for updating and they cannot take orders". Friday 9/23 11:45pm down for 1 hour, and again early Sunday 12:50am, down for 2 hours. I asked for manager's name and owners contact information and they refused!!! Horrible.. I actually don't have a complaint about their food, so much as the accuracy of orders when getting drive through. I live close by, and probably been here 10 or more times since it's opened, and probably only 2 of the orders have been correct. Most times it's an extra condiment (which you pay for) that's missing, one time the sodas were flat and other times the inclusions or exclusions weren't right. After dining in tonight and reading the reviews I do not know why this establishment is still open. It is clear there is a strong lack of management and directive at this location. It took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. What looked like the general manager walked right past us and did not ask if we had been helped, along with another manager, probably a shift lead who walked up, did not say anything to us but all we hear is "Brody, you need to be paying attention to front." A young kid walks up, takes our order, and when we get our order not only are they the wrong sizes, but one of the flavors is wrong and what is meant to be a strawberry milkshake has brown liquid coming out of the straw like they mixed it with another flavor. This place is new and the food was fresh and customer service was top notch. I believe it was the manager who was coming around to each table asking how everything was and if we needed anything.
