Each time we arrive, she is ready to accept my senior fur baby Seamus and asks how I want him cut. She never assumes he is to be cut same as the time before. Seamus didn't start grooming until he was 12 or 13, he is now 14. His first b experience was awful at a place in another state. One would expect he would exhibit much trepidation at his next groomer. He always leaves his session not only beautifully groomed but in great spirits. Needless to say I highly recommend Dawn.

I was weepy, because my toddler and puppy were being separated for the first time - Denise reassured us, and said text anytime! We got pictures and updates our whole trip, and when our pick up time had to be moved because we got stuck in traffic, it wasn't a big deal. The little boarding report card was adorable, and because our pup has nervous/excitement pees, Denise referred us to a trainer/dog psychologist that might be able to help. Our other dogs, boarded other places, have come home with cuts, ticks, smelling bad, or almost all the food we sent - this is the first time we haven't had anything to remedy once we got home. I appreciate Club Cozy Canine being a local gem!
