Her safety and cleanliness standards are very high, so I knew they would be well taken care of, I just didn't know how much! Patty ended up falling in love with my little trio. She sent me pictures of them, and long emails about how each was doing. The maximum amount of cats is 4, so they were nearly always the only cats there, and thus got extra space to roam. My oldest cat gets apple cider vinegar and chicken broth every day for upper respiratory congestion, and Patty made little frozen cubes of the mixture, so that none of the broth would go bad. But wait, there's more! Like I said, I was in one state, all my doc appts were in another, Patty is in NY, and my next stop was moving to Colorado. I hired a transportation company to move my animals, and when communication went south with them and my stress level was soaring because I was literally in back-to-back appointments most days, trying to find a Vet who could come to Patty's and write my cats a Travel Health Certificate each and getting no where, Patty stepped right up, and handled everything. She made a Vet appt, brought all my cats to the Vet, sent me pictures of the Certificates, and even dealt with unpleasant emails from the travel company. Literally, all I had to do was pay the Vet over the phone. It was incredible and such an enormous relief. I would recommend Patty and her Palace to anyone, without hesitation.

Being fairly new to the area I inquired on NextDoor if anyone had experience with a surgeon. The majority of the answers pointed us towards Dr. Paul McNamara with Hudson Highland Veterinary Group. Upon our first visit we quickly discovered Dr McNamara was surgeon for Dutchess County K9 dogs and has been awarded commendations for his years of dedicated service. He demonstrated a gentle approach towards Mia and quickly determined she had a luxtating patella that did require surgery. Our consultation was not rushed he answered every single question and you can imagine trusting our baby who is never had any issues prior was absolutely terrifying. Dr. McNamara was thorough and even sent us home with a video explaining the procedure and after care with regards to this particular surgery. They even took the opportunity to allow us to view the operating room and after the initial consultation,we knew that we had selected the best choice possible for our little girl. We arrived at7AM for her drop off and the team was easily reachable with the dozens of questions throughout the day and night. The next day Mia came home a little woozy but overall in good spirits. I hear a lot of owners saying the cone to prevent licking the stitches is stressful. The team here uses a Lick sleeve which was a pant leg that was fastened on the surgical leg to prevent her licking the incision. This made for a less stressful environment for all of us. Dr. McNamara, Colleen, Allison and Tara were super kind and supportive throughout the entire process. She is now 12 weeks post surgery and doing quiet well. We are thrilled with the outcome and would not hesitate recommending them in the future.

First off, it's impossible to find someone to groom a cat in this area. We had a situation and desperately needed help with our long-haired Siberian. Unlike every other groomer we contacted, Furever Friends Family couldn't have been kinder, more generous, or more accommodating. They squeezed us in for a same-day appointment without hesitating. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love animals. They took the time to understand my cats needs, her personality, and ensured a tailored grooming experience. My usually anxious feline felt at ease almost immediately (and seemed to like them more than me!) The grooming itself was top-notch. My cat came out looking like a show-stopper.
