Dr D and the whole staff are friendly and tolerate my Type A neurotic behavior when in the office with one of our family members. They know you and your pets.

I've been a dog walker myself, so I know what good care looks like and I'm picky. Diana's Paws exceeded my expectations. Before we left, Diana and Christina each came to our home to meet the dogs and get to know them. They were gentle and patient with Nyah, who is nervous with new people, and let her warm up at her own pace. By the time we left, the dogs were comfortable with them. Christina then stayed at our house for 8 nights, and the communication was outstanding. We got detailed messages throughout the day, with lots of pictures, so we always knew how each dog was eating, playing, and feeling. It was easy to relax and enjoy our trip because we knew exactly what was going on. She followed our feeding routines and care instructions carefully, and the dogs were happy and calm when we got home.
