Patty and her Pet Palace were an absolute blessing to my three cats and myself. My kitties stayed…read morethere for about two months, while I was dealing with a bunch of health issues in another state. Her safety and cleanliness standards are very high, so I knew they would be well taken care of, I just didn't know how much! Patty ended up falling in love with my little trio. She sent me pictures of them, and long emails about how each was doing. The maximum amount of cats is 4, so they were nearly always the only cats there, and thus got extra space to roam. My oldest cat gets apple cider vinegar and chicken broth every day for upper respiratory congestion, and Patty made little frozen cubes of the mixture, so that none of the broth would go bad. But wait, there's more! Like I said, I was in one state, all my doc appts were in another, Patty is in NY, and my next stop was moving to Colorado. I hired a transportation company to move my animals, and when communication went south with them and my stress level was soaring because I was literally in back-to-back appointments most days, trying to find a Vet who could come to Patty's and write my cats a Travel Health Certificate each and getting no where, Patty stepped right up, and handled everything. She made a Vet appt, brought all my cats to the Vet, sent me pictures of the Certificates, and even dealt with unpleasant emails from the travel company. Literally, all I had to do was pay the Vet over the phone. It was incredible and such an enormous relief. I would recommend Patty and her Palace to anyone, without hesitation.

She gave me contracts and some forms to take home. I filled out and sent them back ASAP. Called in between the meet and greet and our agreed care for an a totally separate day that wasn't scheduled. Found out only after calling her for a week and not hearing back that she had decided she wasn't going to be able to take care of my dog with no explanation. I was sure something tragic had happened when there was no reply...but it had not. I am glad I called for that additional day as my surgery day would have come and I would have been out of luck and with a dog with no sitter without even knowing she had changed her mind. I had even sent all her paperwork and questionnaire by email and she didn't tell me at that time she wasn't interested any longer. She was friendly and seemed to like dogs but maybe life was a little crazy at the moment and maybe that is why she doesn't remember us but we met and texted and emailed (pics below) She had recently moved from New Jersey, also a masseuse and was still going back and forth. Her location by terrapin was near by and central to us.

I signed up for the board and train for my 1 year old Rottweiler. filled out the registration form and explained all my dogs's issues. The day I went there to drop him off he was unprepared, never read the registration had no idea about any of my dog's issues. My dog displayed his aggressive behavior when they met and he assured me not to worry that he could address the issues. Another lie!!! He told me he would update me in 2 days never did. Another Lie!!! I had to call him in the morning and he told me things were going well. Another Lie!!! Later that night he calls me and says he can't bond with my dog, I should put him DOWN, and that he's a MONSTER!. Mind you my dog has never bitten anyone just will bark aggressively at you. He told me several times that I need to EUTHANIZE him. With no real explanation as to why he was saying all of these hurtful things about my dog. This guys spent no time with my dog. PUT ZERO effort into trying to train my dog. When I went to pick up my dog he was scared and stressed out of his mind. He was chained up in a crate. He was not eating or drinking. Now he is back home and has been pooping blood non stop and will not come out of his crate. He had nothing but negative things to say about my dog from the first day. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS TRAINING PROGRAM! MY DOG HAS NOT BEEN THE SAME SINCE I GOT HIM BACK! BEWARE if you sign up! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
