I brought my 12 week old puppy to get a bath from here once she received the green light from the vet that she had her second round of shots and it was safe. I explained that she's a baby and a bit scared. As soon as I walk in I notice a room behind closed doors with 6+ dogs in there barking. The second thing I notice is how filthy it is in here. I'm talking everything. They tell me that the whole bath will take 2.5 hours. I thought that was a really long time but she said she didn't want to rush it . I said okay, but please when she's done don't put her in that room with all those dogs. She's afraid, and not old enough to be spayed. I'll come get her right away. She said okay. Literally an hour later I get a call from a VERY unfriendly woman who said she was ready. I said okay I'll be there in 14 minutes they told me it would take longer so I'm not close but it shouldn't be more than 14 minutes. She sounds annoyed and we hang up. Then I call back and just confirm that she won't be waiting for me in that room with the dogs, she said uhhhhhhhhhh "I mean we have a kennel downstairs" I said okay! I go to pick her up and she said she's waiting downstairs with someone not in a kennel, I said okay thank you! Can I see the area that she's been in? And she said nope, she's not in a kennel I promise she's with someone, I said okay. She goes downstairs to get her and I clearly hear her open up the kennel door. I don't even mind that she waited in a kennel I said it was totally fine but why lie?? The conditions of this place are horrible she came out looking and smelling like they just sprayed her with some awful drugstore perfume. read more

We took our two mini schnauzers for grooming. We requested a schnauzer cut, a bit shorter than previously, as they were quite grown out. Also requested their nails be filed/ground, not cut. Their nails were not ground and their cut was so short, they even cut their typical schnauzer "skirts" off. For 65.00 each, we should get a professional groom that meets what we asked for. We struggled to find a groomer after our regular groomer retired. After much asking around and a couple of misses, we were fortunate enough to find these groomers. First, our pug comes back relaxed and happy, never shaking or nervous. Second, they do a great job, all the nooks and crannies are done, lol, and never a scratch or nick. Last, the staff is courteous, friendly and I believe, genuinely seem to care about their work. Very professional. As long as I own a pet that needs to be groomed and this business is open, I will continue to use them. I highly recommend them to all who ask. read more

We brought our dog for daycare while on vacation and they took great care her. We expressed concern about our 10 lb dog being in the same area as the large dogs and Jodi was very understanding. She kept our dog in another section by herself making it much more comfortable and safe for our pet. All the other dogs coming in looked excited to be there as they pulled there owners into the establishment. Jodi does a terrific job of caring for her dogs and owners. This place was not only the least expensive place I've ever had my dog groomed at, they have done the most amazing job!! My dog is an almost 90 lb 15 year old Alaskan malamute mix, and it's hard to find a place that will groom him because he's got such bad arthritis that he seems very mean but he's just very ouchy. They are so gentle that he actually enjoys going there. It usually used to cost me between $80-200 to get him groomed, and the only place that would take him was the vet because nowhere else could "handle him". Here it cost me a flat $64 and they even got in between his toes! (No one could even touch his feet.) I would absolutely recommend this groomer to any dog owner! read more

I was looking for a groomer for my long haired cat because she was getting matted and was happily surprised to find one in Saugerties. I got an appointment really quickly. They let me drop Willow off on my lunch break and kept her till I was done with work. She looked and smelled wonderful!!! They bathed her, trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears and they gave her a Lions (Lioness) cut and she is matt free :) I would recommend them to anyone with a long haired cat; They listened to my concerns and were very reassuring. I have a very stubborn and picky 8.5 year old St. Bernard with arthritis and Lyme. I took her to All Groomed Up based on Michael C.'s review. I am glad I did! I know they were gentle with her because - a) she wasn't crying when I picked her up, b) I watched the last few minutes, c) she took all day, d) her cut was not perfect - which I told them was not a priority bc of her illnesses and age. The ladies had 5+ dogs varying in size from an English Mastiff and my Saint to much smaller dogs who couldn't have weighed more than 10 lbs in the same enclosed area and they were all happy, healthy, and obviously well cared for. I was very impressed at how well the ladies kept the dogs calm and under control. read more

We took our very skittish spaniel mix Charly to All Groomed Up for a wash and groom. He's very difficult with people he does not know so I made sure I informed them. Was so happy to ha e found this place. My other groomer cancelled my appointment the morning of and wasn't going to be able to get on me till after thanksgiving. Searched on yelp and found these guys. Messaged them on Yelp at 7am and they answered in 10minutes and had me in an appointment for Monday morning. Then, I totally forgot about the appointment, they called me an hour after my appointment slot, but said to bring him in before 11 and they can still get him in. I was elated. Not only were they so accommodating of squeezing me in before the holiday and then missing my own appointment but they were fast and did a wonderful job on my furbaby. And to top that all off, I was so happy to know what while he was waiting he wasn't crated. They had a penned area where all the dogs could hang out together. So he wasn't sitting in an empty crate, it was like having a play date with other fur friends. I would recommend to anyone and will be back with all of my dogs and with my moms dogs! read more

All Groomed Up does a beautiful job grooming my small (and not always cooperative) dog, including checking and cleaning his ears each time. I took him to my vet at their suggestion when they found some black "gunk" in his ears and the vet was very impressed with the good job they were doing keeping his ears clean. read more

After all was said and done it cost me a total of $42 for a wash and nail clipping. This is the first time I have taken my dog, but it seemed to be on the expensive side. Jody, the owner, is warm and wonderful. I boarded my small dog with her for two nights. Even the woman greeting me at my destination said that she takes her dog to Jody also and highly recommends her. The Yelp coupon helped and the normal rate of $25/24hr for boarding my easy & friendly dog is reasonable. Frankly, I hate to pay a lot since many people ask to play with, pet, walk, hang with my Eskie. With Jody, everything just made sense. My miniature schnauzer wasn't really groomed last week; she was transformed into a miserably sore little girl with big red bald spots all over her body! Almost a week later she's still licking her wounds not to mention the fact that she no longer resembles a schnauzer at all being completely shaved.
