She worked diligently for 5 hours!! I couldn't believe that my pantry was the same area. She did a terrific job. Her role included a complete "gut" and redesign of five bathrooms and two kitchens, as well as new floors, paint, lighting, fixtures and furniture throughout the entire main house and a guest house. She made selections, created design boards, and discussed the pros and cons of various selections with us without making it overwhelming. It was important to us that the houses be beautiful while still being practical/durable (we have a young child and two large dogs), welcoming, cozy and having a great "flow" throughout, and she absolutely delivered. They actually are so much more cheaper than the big name companies. Why because they do everything in house locally. Once we decided to go with them they came and did their own measurements/design and gave us an even better rate. We were defiantly sold. They matched everything Closet by Design offered all the way down to the type of cabinets you wanted. Karen, the designer, was happy to answer all my questions and make changes to our design throughout the process. On install day, they did arrive more towards the end of the designated arrival time but he got to work right away. He removed everything and even paint patched the removal areas, which would have not been Included with Closet by Design. Install took all day which is understandable but so so so worth it. I love it so much and I think it just adds so much more space to our closet.
