Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

All this in the space of 5 minutes. I asked her to show me the work order (there was none) to which she said, "we don't give work orders. It was a verbal agreement." Bad business practice, at the least. I mentioned the Google reviews that the management is rude and she blamed them on her father in law's behavior. Seems "rude" runs in the family. The police came to facilitate. Brian offered to remove the wiring so I could take my chandelier without the expensive unauthorized wiring . Ann prevented him from moving forward with this simple solution. She badgered me. She denied yelling while she was yelling. She was sly, lied, and got close to my face. It was all very shocking. I audio recorded her tirade that is part of my complaint being filed with Better Business Bureau. Such a shame.

I had three kitchen outlets that suddenly quit working. I tried flipping circuit breakers but that…read moredidn't help. I posted for electricians and Power Pro contacted me fairly quickly. They walked me through some steps and suggested there must be a GFI switch that controlled the outlets, but none of the outlets appeared to be GFI. They stayed on the phone while I flipped breakers again, but that still didn't get the outlets to work. They said it would likely be expensive to send someone all the way to Port St Lucie from West Palm but they would give me an estimate to help me decide. All in all, we were on the phone about 10 minutes. I was about to text them my address so they could figure out the distance and determine costs, and decided to look at the outlets one more time. Turns out, the previous owners had painted the outlet plates, so I had to look closely to see that one of them actually was a GFI. After resetting that, everything worked fine. I really appreciated the time Power Pro spent with me on the phone. Even though I was outside of their usual service area, they didn't just blow me off as some contractors have done. Now I wish I did live closer to them, as I would definitely use them in the future.
