He re did them next week with a bad attitude, this time the floors looks acceptable but with a couple of minor imperfections. I pay him 50% of the contract and hold the other 50 % to wait that he finish it properly. He didn't finish it completely and sent me an invoice overcharging me the square footage for over 200SF. I invite him to measure them with me to agree on a total that he refuse to do. Is not the first time he does a job for me and he have to go back and fix it. There are better companies than JVS, stay away from them.

More like favoritism to a local business. 3) the purchasing process was miserable with them. The owner no showed on the day of our appt, leaving one employee to run the entire store. We had 5 people in the store and had to actually leave for lunch and come back because we couldn't even have a conversation. 4) the only communication or work required on their part beyond the initial meeting was to answer an email if freight was included and if the products were in stock. Not sure how this led to many phone calls. Gave them the pricing from Ferguson's and asked them to beat. They matched or were higher on every item. The flooring company was okay, but the installer was a nightmare that ruined my brand new construction home. The floors ended up buckling after 3 weeks, glue everywhere, holes in walls. I went through any resource I could find online and had about 5 installers out to my house to see what could be done about my buckling floors and that is how I found TJ. He took the old flooring out and did what he promised. I decided to have him put in the new flooring after much debate as he works by himself and it was about 2000 sq ft of flooring he had to put in.
