All this in the space of 5 minutes. I asked her to show me the work order (there was none) to which she said, "we don't give work orders. It was a verbal agreement." Bad business practice, at the least. I mentioned the Google reviews that the management is rude and she blamed them on her father in law's behavior. Seems "rude" runs in the family. The police came to facilitate. Brian offered to remove the wiring so I could take my chandelier without the expensive unauthorized wiring . Ann prevented him from moving forward with this simple solution. She badgered me. She denied yelling while she was yelling. She was sly, lied, and got close to my face. It was all very shocking. I audio recorded her tirade that is part of my complaint being filed with Better Business Bureau. Such a shame.

I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.

He was so unhelpful and condescending-He didn't want to help with the layout, he didn't want to give me a visual rendering and finally said he would pass me off and they MIGHT be willing to give a rendering but only one. We took our business elsewhere and spent more money on cabinetry to avoid the hassle of dealing with him. Right on the desk it says they help design. What's the problem? He's rude. Bottom line, you can get good quality cabinets cheaper than pretty much anywhere else around town, but it more of a do-it yourself-er place.
