    We went to purchase a vehicle and was put into a Jeep Renegade, day of purchase everything ran good…read moreso we went ahead and signed paperwork. On the way home we hit a pothole and didn't think anything of it. Later that afternoon we went to get dinner and noticed a awful noise coming from the front driver side fender well. We immediately parked it and next available day took it back to the dealership for it to be fixed. They fixed it and said that a bolt in the brake caliper had mist of shot out when we hit the pothole, clearly the bolts weren't tightened, we took it back home and felt a slight vibration but didn't think anything of it. Within the next couple of week that vibration became so severe we were no longer able to drive it without it vibrating the whole time. We called the dealership and a sales person said we needed to contact our financier and after calling them they said they didn't have any record of our contract and that we needed to contact the dealership. After contacting the dealership after calling over the next 5 hours we told them we would be bringing it in the next day. The next day we brought it in and explaining to the manager what happened he had it looked at and called the finance company and they told them I would be being the car back. Once the car came back from being checked out we found that the cars had an axle failure which they tried to pin on us for hitting something big when in reality it had been from the small pothole on the way home that day. The manager tried to resurrect the deal with the finance company and they said that we would have to either have more money down or return the car and if we returned the car that we would have to pay for the mileage. After talking between ourselves. We decided to return the car. We were told that whatever money was left from our down payment after paying the mileage fee, which was never brought up during signing and the manager didn't even know the correct amount, would be transferred back into our account. We never received anything. Until a couple weeks ago, I received a message saying that we had a check waiting for us at the dealership and after driving to pick up the check it was the remaining down payment that was dated nearly a month ago. The check was signed on Jan 11, 2023 and we were not aware until Feb 9 when we were told and I went to pick it up. Do NOT go here, seems nice at first but then if something happens to the car they try and claim it's your fault and can't get contracts sent out. We even had to sign 3 different contracts and the price of vehicle changed on every single one!!! Do not go here unless you want to get screwed over.

    Purchased a used Chevy for $6500 from this dealer. 2012, barely over 100,000 miles. Car seemed to…read morebe in really decent shape. I received a car fax report with no significant issues, but not much else on the history of the car. Within 2 weeks of purchase the car was already in the shop... bad sensors, bad spark plugs, 4 qts low on the oil, and a cracked catalytic converter. Dropped $650 on repairs. One week later, the car was making odd noises AGAIN. Mechanic looked at it and said..." you're low on oil". Filled it up and went on our way. One week following that... the car really goes on the fritz and ends up back in the shop. This time the mechanic shows me that the cam shaft had busted into 2 pieces!!! Are you serious??!! That cam shaft had to be around 1 inch thick in diameter!! The mechanic even showed me indicators that the engine had salvaged parts added at some point. I was so livid that I could barely see straight. Now I know engines, and I know that in most cases, this kind of thing doesn't happen under normal driving. At this point the car is now in the salvage yard. I literally pissed $6500 down the toilet in less than 1 month. Worst part is... the dealer said to me "I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do for you". I honestly think that dealers should bear some responsibility when it comes to used vehicles. A thorough inspection should be done on each and every vehicle that rolls into the lot, but in this case I can tell that clearly didn't happen. Needless to say that I will not be purchasing from that dealer again, and I caution anyone who is contemplating a purchase from a mom and pop dealer.

Didn't really know exactly what I wanted and def didn't expect to get a car on the first day of car shopping, but they happened to have the perfect car for me newly in stock. Aaron Matthews was a great salesman, not at all pushy, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions (and my husband knows a lot about cars, so the questions were not always basic). I love the brand new building and the luxurious bays that allow you to explore a car in the A/C. The manager was very reasonable to deal with, he worked with us on the price and gave us a fair trade in value. Even Parker in the finance department was pleasant to work with. I just love my new car, the grand Highlander hybrid max platinum is so fun to drive and feels much more luxurious than I expected. Lots of power and very pretty car. Would definitely shop here again.

I scheduled a critical fuel pump safety recall 25 days ago through their system after receiving an email of the recall on February 2. I live over 100 miles away. I drove an hour and half one way--over 200 miles round trip--only to be told upon arrival that they "don't have the part." Think about the level of laziness required for that to happen. They had nearly a month to check their inventory or pick up the phone to save me a 200-mile trip. Instead, they let me drive across North Texas for a repair they knew they couldn't perform. They didn't just waste my time; they wasted my gas and left me on the road in a vehicle with a known safety defect that they were too disorganized to fix. If you live outside of Wichita Falls, DO NOT trust this service department. They will happily watch you drive hours for nothing because they are too incompetent to manage a calendar or a parts shelf. They clearly do not care about your safety or your time. Absolutely disgraceful.

Within a few days we called back to cancel the B***S*** wheel and windshield warranty that was close to $4,000. They came up with every excuse and told us over, and over and over it was being cancelled. Now its 5 months later and are telling us it is not cancellable? SCAMMERS!!! ALL the things that we were promised/told would happen, DID NOT!! They did not follow through with any promise they made. On both vehicle's sticker was a $1499 dealer ad that was supposed to include all-weather floor matts... We never got a set for either vehicle(and of course charged for them)!! As far as going to GM? It was a van for 11k that needed 9k worth of work to not kill her while she drives for work (Uber) , they sold a crippled elderly woman in need of a car and honesty and help a car that made her life worse and more difficult than it already was. They never gave her the "AS IS" paper work or told her it was in bad condition! They promised her this car was in good condition. She let them know she was going through a lot! And just needed a break through and they made her think this car was going to be her saving grace and they SOLD HER A LEMON. She even paid for inspections on a car and was told this one passed inspections by online manager Jessika Springer and she never received that paperwork which was supposed to come with the tags. My mother let everyone there know she had just been in a drunk driving accident a few months before while driving for Uber and was still recovering from injuries. They assured her it was a good car and in all the pics the car looked ok. When it arrived the cosmetics were clearly edited out of the pics she was receiving. The alternator in this car had to be replaced 1 month after purchasing ?! These people will pick the car they need gone the most and in the worst shape just to get it off the lot and take it to you and then say it was AS IS after you've already paid and signed for it. Please do not buy a car from here. Keep searching and by all means do not allow them to deliver a car to you. That's how they took advantage of my poor sweet 62 year old mother who was really thinking she was getting a blessing based on what she was told. These people made her already painful difficult life so much more difficult. Keep looking don't buy from here. Or lease! These ppl are liars and cheats. Although it was super busy and they had some circumstances against them, every member made sure to check in with the customers and let them know the wait time or asked if they needed anything. Special thanks to Robert, he went above & beyond to ensure I left not only with a car but a memorable experience. He made sure I was comfortable & stayed within my needs/wants all while being a helping hand. Robert & Tessa's humorous conversation helped the time go by because let's be honest you are going to spend at least 2 hours maybe more when purchasing a car.
