BUYERS BEWARE!!! Predatory sales and financing practices are…read morein use here. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent sales, financial, and management staff. I was pre-approved by my bank with a great APR, and went in with the intent of purchasing a car for my wife to drive home that day. To be clear, I drove an hour to get to this dealership, on a Saturday (my only day off). The sales person, Camren, initially asked if the dealership could see if they could beat my pre-approved offer. I told him to go ahead and see what they could do. He came back to the counter and said the finance staff hadn't run my credit but said they wouldn't be able to beat what my bank had offered. He then gave me an "out the door" price that included several rebates and cash allowances. I filled out the pre-approved check with the price, VIN, etc. I went back to wait on the finance department to finalize the paperwork only to have them come out and tell me that one of the $2500 rebates required me to finance with them. As I mentioned above, I had already put the originally agreed price on the check. This was at 3:30pm on a Saturday. No way I can drive to the bank and get a new check on Saturday - they were already closed. Their offer was to hold the car until Monday so I could go get a new check. When I mentioned there was no way I could come back before next Saturday, they said I could "finance with them and then immediately refinance with my bank." Sorry, but that makes it a used car, which generally carries a higher interest rate from my bank. That also would likely create a hassle with two back-to-back title transfers within 30 days. Not exactly sure how that is a professional or competent recommendation. To see what kind of offer they had, I let them run my application for financing with them. They came back with a rate nearly double my bank's. I left without purchasing. Now I have to waste time getting a new pre-approval check from the bank so I can take my business elsewhere.

I dreaded it so much that by the time my trusty Tahoe limped into the dealership, it simply collapsed like a marathon runner after crossing the finish line and whispered, "it's time, Lisa. I can see the light... Let me go for god's sake!" I was nervous, hesitant and not looking forward to the day, but I had done my homework and was ready for battle. I knew what vehicle I wanted, was already approved for financing, wrangled up a down payment to show them I was serious and alerted the sales manager I was coming. I had even brought my father with me. A no-nonsense retired Naval Officer. As soon as I entered the Mercedes showroom, an Angel named Elizabeth Speers, welcomed us into her office. She took my hand and gently guided me throughout the process. I kept waiting for something to dampen my day; an evil Mercedes associate to pop out and ruin this pleasant experience, but IT NEVER HAPPENED! I stated my case to Elizabeth. She handed me and my father the keys to the Mercedes and told us to go test drive it, while she tried to meet my requests. When we returned a short time later she was ready to do business. Thirty minutes later I was on my way to lunch while the paperwork was being prepared. I next found myself in the finance department. I thought, "this is it. This is going to suck." I was wrong. We signed paperwork with movie star gorgeous and very dapper, Jabin Smythe. I signed paperwork and we shared Seinfeld anecdotes and cracked up. It was quick and painless and the icing on the cake was a lower interest rate compared to what I managed with my bank. I finished my day with my new friend, Elizabeth Speers, whom took the time to show me what all of the buttons and dials did in my beautiful new Mercedes-Benz. That's when I meet Todd, the Mercedes guru, whom made me feel confident that he'd have my back when issues arise in the future. Look, I did my homework prior to setting foot in the dealership. I could've gone to OKC, Tulsa, Dallas, but the biggest lure for me is the service they provide after the sale. Whenever I need maintenance, an associate will drive to my home, pick up my car, provide me with a loaner and deliver my serviced vehicle back to my home. I don't even live in the same state! Patterson has almost every brand of vehicle you could ever want. It's like a Disney World for car buyers. Do your homework, put some comfortable shoes on and head to Patterson for your next vehicle purchase. And if you see Elizabeth, tell her the Naval Captain and Lisa sent ya!

Very disappointing and concerning experience with the Toyota service department in Wichita Falls…read more While traveling through the area, I discovered a 3.5-inch nail in my passenger-side rear tire, which was rapidly losing air. I stopped at Toyota because I still had a three-hour drive home. The technician inspected the tire, located the nail and leak, and told me the tire needed to be replaced. When I asked if he could put on my spare, I was instead told he would add air to the damaged tire and that I could drive home. I was then sent back onto the highway with a tire that was actively leaking air. This was an unacceptable safety risk, especially with my child in the vehicle. Thankfully, I was able to get the tire properly addressed before continuing my drive. I believe this situation was handled very poorly and hope Toyota management reviews the service department's safety procedures and decision-making. Customer safety should always come first.

On top of car is so obnoxiously loud and has a VERY loud resonance ratter on one side that draws attention like you wouldn't believe! This is suppose to be a muffler shop where they do this on a daily basis yet this idiot clearly had zero clue what he was doing!! Oh also kept my cats without telling me, I'm sure to go scrap for money! I now have to go to a reliable muffler shop and have it ALL redone so my engine doesn't blow up! I wouldn't pay someone to go to millers! They are by far the worst muffler I have ever experienced!! They are thieves and scam artists!! STAY AWAY!!!!
