I was a little overwhelmed pulling up on my scooter with about 50 hogs in the lot. lol. While they were doing the inspection I walked around the showroom and was greeted by most employees there. I think the reviews on this dealership paint a pretty accurate picture so far. Most of the time things go well and they're great, until they're not. Their retail section is nice and their sales staff seems well mannered and not pushy at all. I also have been recommended by others to go here instead of a closer location. It seems that when things do go wrong, they're just not experienced with handling that professionally. During a recent tire change, one of their mechanics rolled through a stop sign while accelerating through a turn on my bike with brand new tires and crashed it. The wreck could of been a lot worse, thankfully the mechanic seemed mostly unharmed just freaked out and mad with himself. The wreck isn't the reason for the low rating though, it's how they handled it. After the accident the owner told me that they'd put everything on my bike back and that they'd make it right. He kept reiterating that they'd "make it right" and they'd have someone give me a lift home. When it came time to leave, they gave me a loaner bike instead. So far, as good as can be, given the circumstances. A few days later, however, I followed up to get a projected ETA and plan going forward as I hadn't heard anything yet and it went downhill quickly. I wound up having a pretty unpleasant phonecall with the owner during which he stated they would bring my bike back to me after I paid for my service. I was pretty pissed at the insinuation that paying for the service where they wrecked my bike before they returned it to me was how they planned to "make it right." When I expressed my frustration over the circumstances and said if the loaner bike was the issue they were welcome to come get it because driving their loaner wasn't my idea of enjoyable as I'd rather have my bike, the owner actively laughed. Again, they've got tons of great reviews and chances are things won't go wrong for you while buying a T-shirt, but when they drop your bike your importance goes with it. read more

They fixed my bike, charged just for what the parts cost them, donated their labor, telling me just to tell my friends about their shop. Best deal ever for me.
