Namely, a James bond-themed Christmas party, complete with gambling tables and tuxes, which was about as awesome as it sounds (except for this one guy that shook my hand and palmed me his business card as he did so - it's a Christmas party, switch off, guy) and an excellent talk by Dana O'Neill on ways to target PR & media influencers. Look forward to more great events in future.

They normally have a pitch night happening on Friday nights (check their site for info). This is where founders pitch their business ideas and you get to ask them anything you like! It helps that they serve free beer (and sometimes pizza) after the sessions too. So drop by and be inspired.

Well, I'm not a app designer, and I never will be (my fingers aren't nearly dextrous enough to get through the testing phase) and I love this place. I've co-worked from here a couple of times, which was fun and different, but the real value for me are the events. The last one I went to was on personal branding and social media and it was packed, there was great speakers, and urryone was friendly as hell. Oh and I mentioned how straight-up cool it is, right? Loads of little break-out spaces, cool meeting and function areas, and a cracking view into some guy's little party terrace just across the road. If i was that guy I'd wander around naked a lot, give the people a show, you know how it is. Come and play.
