So I decided to go ahead with this place. Until now I have been happy with the accommodation. The apartments are nice and complete with the bathroom en suite. The lobby is a nice place to relax and chill. Internet speeds are quite good. The staff is quite friendly and fixes up stuff pretty quickly upon your request. The macintosh computers downstairs are free to use anytime. There is a pool table, though I wish the table was bigger. You do also get free BBQ every Friday as of now. I would definitely give it a 5 star if they did have a gym and if the place was a bit bigger with more spaces to enjoy and relax. Also check out with then as they have special offers for various uni students. Right now they have a special offer going on for UTS students.

I ended up staying here as I am under 18 and its my first time in Sydney, therefore, didn't know all my options. If you are under 18 and don't wanna stay in homestay I highly recommend looking at other options as urbanest is really unflexible with curfews. furthermore, doesn't give you the independence gained from other places as they have things like "monthly welfare meetings" and quarterly inspections.

This is probably the first time that I have stayed in one of these apartment hotels (not counting…read morethe one on the Gold Coast) and I must say that there are some good and bad points. The good point is that they are quite well decked out, that is as an apartment as opposed to a simple hotel room. The one I stayed in had cutlery, crockery, and a washing machine (as well as a television, but don't all hotel rooms have television, not that I actually watch it). They are also incredibly secure. However there is a downside to it, and that is that they are quite expensive. There are also a number of rules as well, such as having to sign in all guests that you take to the apartment (and I suspect that goes for owner/occupiers as well). They are also all strictly non-smoking (not surprising) though it appeared that that included the balcony as well (why have a balcony if you can't smoke on it?).

This place is cool! I love it!…read more So artistic! It's a really great place to look for some innovative, unusual, out side of the box, artistic lighting if you want to spice up the feeling of your home. The store has a really cool vibe to it, really open and brightly light (well, I'd hope so, it is a lighting store), it helps you create ideas of what you'd like in your own home. I really like the artistic take on lighting, and the artistic influence on the store. There are chairs hanging from the ceiling, picture frames everywhere that frame nothing at all, except the things that happen to be behind them. I sort of want to live in the store now. In short, this is a great place to get some ideas, there's plenty of different styles ands types in store, from contemporary to classical, chandeliers to fairy lights, theres good variety and good help too. Come and see it!

They carry an extensive range of products that come from skilled and experienced designers in Italy. And this applies to ceiling lights, floor and table lamps, and wall lights for inside and out. One of the crazy light fixtures in particular immediately caught my eye. It basically looked like square tubes of different lengths falling from the ceiling, oozing smoky light. But to be honest, I don't think it would fit very well in my rather modest apartment. While it goes without saying that the Italian products are pricey, Mondo Luce also has another line of more affordable designs, created by artists in Scandinavia, Hong Kong, and the UK. Regardless of these models being made in China, they are still great quality and are aesthetically unique.
