Well, as I read somewhere, WeCo is a cool place run by a cool guy…read more The place is really funky, with all the fancy equipment you'd come to expect from a coworking office, but better. Don't get me wrong, sure there are a lot of great coworking spaces in Sydney, but by my previous experiences they tend to be overcrowed, filled with as much people they can get inside, like a low cost plane. I guess this is because more people equals more money, and having your coworker's elbow in front of your face must be great for revenue, shareholders and stuff. In WeCo I don't feel that way: Everything is quite chilly, you have plenty of space for yourself, you get to actually meet the people here, we do some cool stuff from time to time and, overall, it makes the Monday mornings more bearable knowing I'm gonna listen to some great playlists, I will have my coffee dose guaranteed and, if I want, I'll be able to take a nap in a puff (btw, puff-naps at work hours are the best naps, in case you didn't know). So, to sum up, WeCo is the best place in Sydney to take a puff-nap. Or something like it.

Beautiful office and very consistent to the WeWork global standards…read more For the location, it's perfect because its right in the center of the Sydney CBD. Lots of food around to grab lunch. And parks nearby. For those unfamiliar with WeWork, WeWork is a coworking space which provides unlimited coffee to keep you fuelled and unlimited tap beer to keep the creative juices flowing. The internet for this space is top notch. It boasts one of the fastest wifi I've ever seen in Australia. Also the cool thing about WeWork is once you're a member, you can book desk space in any WeWork branch around the world (London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, New York, San Francisco, Tel Aviv, etc).

Making connecting fun since 2013…read more You may think co-working spaces are only for app designers and people aspiring to be app designers. Well, I'm not a app designer, and I never will be (my fingers aren't nearly dextrous enough to get through the testing phase) and I love this place. I've co-worked from here a couple of times, which was fun and different, but the real value for me are the events. The last one I went to was on personal branding and social media and it was packed, there was great speakers, and urryone was friendly as hell. Oh and I mentioned how straight-up cool it is, right? Loads of little break-out spaces, cool meeting and function areas, and a cracking view into some guy's little party terrace just across the road. If i was that guy I'd wander around naked a lot, give the people a show, you know how it is. Come and play.
