I waited patiently at the counter for the single worker to notice I was ready to make a purchase, only to realize he was very distracted and talking away on a call with his wireless earbuds. I wanted to overlook this, since for all I know it could've been an important management call or something. So, I continued the wait. When he finally noticed me and came to the register, I greeted him with a "Hello!"... Though, I guess greetings are a thing of the past, as I was met with zero words and a blank stare. I mentioned the one item I'd like to get, he grabbed it, and then stood there saying nothing as he held it. No, "Is that all for you?," or anything of the sort to move the transaction along. No, "Will that be cash or card?," or any words at all. For all I know, this location doesn't even take cash anymore, as I was never given an option. He defaulted to card during his silence. The card reader also immediately has a "Give Tip" pop-up, which is rather ridiculous for such an already over-priced shop. Let alone for a place with practically non-existent customer service. The whole experience was very awkward. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon. The food itself was decent enough to save this review from being 1 star. read more

Worst experience of customer service I've had. We ordered 2 pretzel bites and 1 mini hot dog bites. We were told it would be a 5min wait for the mini dog bites and said it was fine. We proceeded to pay and then waited for the bites. After waiting for over 10min we asked when the dog bites were ready and he responded we never ordered the bites. We told him he had told us to wait and he continued to deny that and said we cancelled the transaction. We never got a receipt and when we asked him to pull out the receipt, he just said to check our account for only being charged the pretzel bites. Not an apology for the miscommunication or anything just straight saying no we didn't order it. He told us to pay for the bites if we wanted them. Would not recommend coming here. If you do make sure he gives you a receipt as proof of purchase in case they attempt to scam you like this. read more

I've come here many, many times, and have never had a negative experience. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are polite and helpful. Total ripoff on the price and will lie to you about the cost despite it being printed in front of you. They'll charge more and refuse to return the rest when you point it out. Went to get a mango/guava frozen thing and it was leveled at $6.49 for the drink. Total came to $10 but I said oh well maybe I got a large or something. Then they started making it a whole mangonada version with tajin and extra stuff, so I nicely reminded them I only got the regular drink version without the extras. So he hands it to me and says here ya go. Then the convo went like this: Me: oh sorry I got the regular, not the whole fancy version, can I get the difference back Worker: it's the same price Me: wait no, the mangonada is $10, the board says a regular 'granita' drink (the slushee types) are $6.50 Him: oh the red and blue are granita flavors, the guava mango isn't Me: ok dude the poster behind you literally has the ingredients of the mangonada version listed and it plainly says the base ingredient is 'mango guava granita' meaning it's just a regular slushee for $6.50 like the others (as I pointed to his own poster) Him: oh...no Me: ok man whatever So I just walked away rather than argue for $3 since they seem to desperately need it more than me. they just decide what to charge and apparently a slushee is more expensive than an all fruit smoothie from Jamba Juice across the street. For years the men working here have been labeled by everyone I know as creepy, i watch girls walk by their store and they stare at them up and down, and watch them from the moment they see them to the moment they are out of sight. every girl that passes by. ordering from here feels so uncomfortable and it has been for years. they are so focused on staring you up and down that they give you your order wrong. i tried to sit and eat but they STARED the whole time. a response from the owner of an old review saying the same thing says they would have this resolved but lol they never will. it has been the same guys doing this for over 5 years. also its too pricey for them to be staring at you and getting your order wrong. read more

I would give negative stars if I could for the customer service at this location. It seems like I am not the only one these people tried to swindle. I arrived with a birthday coupon for a free original or cinnamon sugar pretzel. The worker scanned it and then said, "no, original only." I said no, that's not what I want. I want the cinnamon and sugar that the coupon says I can get. He then said I would be charged an extra $2 to get the cinnamon one. Ummmm, no sir... that's not what the coupon says. He wouldn't budge. When asked if I could speak to the manager he said, "no, just complain online." Great buddy- thanks a million. There was no way I was giving one cent to these crooks. We left without a pretzel. I will never come back to this location again. Instead, I had a glorious free cinnamon sugar pretzel with my coupon in San Jose. This place is such a constant disappointment that despite having reason to stop by often, I seldom do anymore because I know it'll let me down. My biggest issue with this place is their lack of flavors offered. Don't bother reading the menu, they only offer a fraction of what's on it. I've walked by on different days at different times of day, and almost always are there only two flavors: salted and cheese with pepperoni. As a vegetarian, that leaves me with a whopping one option (not to mention the pretzel dogs that they always manage to have) and sorry, I don't want just a salted pretzel. The guys working here always seem to have an attitude if you bother them to ask if there's going to be any cinnamon/cheese/etc. to expect soon. The answer is always "no" with an incredulous look that'll make you embarrassed you asked in the first place so I stopped asking since I knew it didn't do anything anyways. The vibe is incredibly unwelcoming as they'll usually ignore anyone looking into the display glass so they can on their phone or talk to each other instead. I'd probably buy a cheese or cinnamon pretzel from them at least once a week if they had them, but instead I'll just continue getting nothing and telling others it isn't worth their time to see their lackluster offerings. If you want a cheese pretzel, go to Jamba Juice across the street; they'll almost always have them and they'll be much nicer. read more

They have all kinds of pretzels. My favorite is the hot dog sausage wrapped in a pretzel. There are a lot of drinks from coffee to lemonade, from sodas to hot chocolate. They are one of the few places in the mall that have Pepsi. It is located just outside the food court of the mall. read more

The people running this place were friendly enough, unfortunately the pretzels were under cooked. I brought the under cooked pretzel to the cashier, he replaced it, I said it looked the same as the one I returned, he replied they are cooked the same. It was the same, I took another bite of the new pretzel, undercooked. It looked under cooked. I guess they just don't care.
