The course is pretty much located in the middle of nowhere with the exception of a few newer homes when you enter the track. The clubhouse is a temporary building which was disappointing BC the course itself is a real gem. The course plays just under 7200 yards and has 4 sets of tee boxes. The course is immaculate on the tees, fairways, sand traps and perfect greens. I booked a on line tee time and received a discount and I found out the PGA Zurich qualifier was held here the day before. Pace of play was great and we finished the round in about four hours with no waiting what so ever. I would definitely recommend playing this course if you're visiting the NOLA area. It's so worth the drive BC it's reasonable and in way better shape vs the courses closer to the city.

Originally ordered a driver by Mizuno for a birthday - which was shipped out and lost by USPS. After 4-5 calls back and forth, Tanner addressed my order issues and reached out to Mizuno directly to order a new club and expedite it for me (this was going on 9-10 days later from the original order). Turns out the older model driver was no longer made, so he ordered me the 2023 model (newer tech, why not!) The club just arrived today. Between Lauren and Tanner, a lot of effort was made to satisfy their customer. Even though the package was a little late, they got it out as soon as they could. We had paid and threw them in the trash outside the pro shop. The guy assumed we were stealing a round and accused our Iowa buddy he was playing for free. So we went into the pro shop and complained and the manager said every course does that. Well maybe at your trash course you don't know what good business etiquette is because no other course have I got harassed in the middle of a hole. Put a marshal on hole 1 and direct people. Rude, old people who feel entitled. Do not play here. Greens were garbage also and rolled slower than a caterpillar on cocaine.
