Well, walked down to the club, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who asked for my member # as I was asking to order. I stated to him I didn't have a member number, as I was only there setting up and making sure all looked in place for the following night. He had to go ask if I could still order... Came back with approval and a nice lady took my order. I ordered spinach and cheese dip. It took about 15 mins to receive it. Ohhhh myyyy was it delicious!!!! :-) It was sooooooo good!!!! Super delicious! This one will go down in my books as the BEST I've ever had!!! I will have to go back soon to scoop up another order as I can only eat small portions and threw away my remaining I didn't eat. I was crushed.... I simply didn't want to over eat and get sick. We cannot express our gratefulness to Chateau Golf and Country Club for making our son and new daughter-in-laws dream wedding come true. From the moment we met with Alyssa, we knew everything would be perfect. She was so patient and gave us so much insight into details that we had not thought of. And they went ABOVE and BEYOND on the day of the wedding. Alyssa, Britney, Ms. Beth and Ms. Evelyn took care of everything throughout the ceremony and reception. The food was AMAZING! They even allowed up to upgrade to a Banana's Foster station that wasn't even on the menu. We became so close to Alyssa that one quick glance at each other and she knew what we needed. They were by our sides the entire night making sure we all ate and stayed hydrated. If I have any other functions, I will definitely be going back to Chateau. Audubon Park offers a nice Par 62 course that is worth playing. It doesn't take long to get…read morethrough the short (mostly Par 3) course, but it can get a bit jammed up at time since it is such a short course. I typically play twilight hours when I get off work so it's pretty open whenever I play. The staff has always been very welcoming and quick to assist in anyway that they can. The clubhouse offers plenty of refreshments and snacks, and the snack cart is never too far away when you're out on the course. The only thing to be cautious of is that if you're a not so "consistent" golfer as I am you'll play with the concern in the back of your head that you don't want to hit someone on the track that butts up against a third of the course.

The supposed "marshall" of the golf course was picking fights with multiple groups while he was off duty. He was screaming and cursing out paying customers for being backed up, even though there were about five groups waiting. I called the golf course to inform them of the incident while it was going on and one of the workers came out and told us that we should have skipped the four holes that were backed up in order to calm the off duty marshall down. Crazy, since we PAYED and he probably gets free rounds for working there. For working on a golf course for so long apparently, you would think the marshall would know that it is not the person in front of you's fault that the game is backed up when there are a string of groups visibly in front of us. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and I am honestly surprised that this happened at Audubon, and I would hope that the marshall was reprimanded in some way. My group will not be returning until someone holds him accountable, which is saddening since he was obviously in the wrong and protected by the course to some degree. This was our absolute favorite course in the area (we go there once or twice a week), and the only one we went to. Sad to see that someone who should make the game more enjoyable for all customers, shed such a terrible light on such a nice establishment. I would put a picture i got of this guy but I know the course already knows which one it is based on their reaction to the altercation. Obviously this happens a lot with him.

At first glance it looks nice but I'd almost prefer to play off the parking lot than these fairways. I was supremely disappointed in the playing conditions for what should be a great golf experience. If they can learn to grow grass and water the fairways you will be treated great by the excellent and friendly staff.
