My husband ordered personalized golf balls for the last several years for various golf outings and has always been satisfied. The service was great and the golf balls were received in just a few days. read more

Exceptionally quick turnaround and service. Extremely satisfied with Golfballs.com. A little low pressure upsell just before the purchase also resulted in a nice golf glove at a reasonable price. In the heat of South Florida, one can't have enough golf gloves! read more

Outstanding customer service! Aubrie was absolutely amazing to work with and went above and beyond every step of the way Even when I felt like throwing in the towel, she stayed positive, patient, and fully committed to getting the design just right Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication truly stood out The final product exceeded my expectations and turned into a beautiful, meaningful gift for my nephew, who was drafted into the Baltimore Orioles organization Thank you, Aubrie, for such an incredible experience -- you are truly appreciated! read more

This has been a bit of a ride working with this company. I have to say that the original order and process/ customer service started out rocky, but Tanner (Director of customer service) made everything right in the end. Originally ordered a driver by Mizuno for a birthday - which was shipped out and lost by USPS. After 4-5 calls back and forth, Tanner addressed my order issues and reached out to Mizuno directly to order a new club and expedite it for me (this was going on 9-10 days later from the original order). Turns out the older model driver was no longer made, so he ordered me the 2023 model (newer tech, why not!) The club just arrived today. Between Lauren and Tanner, a lot of effort was made to satisfy their customer. Even though the package was a little late, they got it out as soon as they could. I greatly appreciate the effort made by Tanner on this one. Thank you read more

I'm very happy with my custom order. The price is very reasonable and did not have to purchase a minimum quantity. I had a mistake in my information, they emailed me and we had it corrected quickly. There is enough variety of products for any golfer to choose from; From touring players to little old people that only golf on Sunday afternoons. I will be ordering again when my supply dwindles down. (That's a dozen golf balls per 9 holes, on a bad day ;-) ... joking read more

I have used this company 3 times in the past month. Fast delivery. I accidently ordered one thing incorrectly and the customer service was great. I will continue to use them. Great gifts too! read more

First of all, the graphic design guys were great to work with. They helped improve the look of our logo and design. Then the customer service was outstanding getting the delivery to me quickly. Unfortunately, the delivery service 'dropped the ball' and magically ripped open part of the package. But Kylie helped get the rest of our delivery reprinted and delivered on time. I'll definitely work with them again. Thanks! read more

Bought a couple dozen personalize, Titleist golf balls for a friend, they arrive promptly looki awesome just as described on the website.

Very responsive. Excellent product.- personalized golf balls. I've ordered these for a few years now. This year I made an error in my order. I called immediately and Megan in Customer Service corrected immediately. Will be ordering again in the future. read more

Ordered personalized balls based on promised delivery time for a gift. Product never showed, called them week later and they had some excuse for not doing them ( not having the logo, but it was only print I had ordered..) Most disappointing was they didn't inform me of the delay, read more

I placed a simple order of 12 pack Customized golf balls. I selected the express delivery for $15.90 I received the package on time however it did not have the 12 customized golf balls. The packaging was mangled and thrown together, only had 7 golf balls and customized print had other logos which I was not made aware of. Overall very disappointed , This was a gift for a friend's first golf tournament. When I called the customer service line I was sent to voicemail no matter what department I selected. I have sent an email requesting a refund and waiting for a response. read more

we ordered personal golf balls for a birthday present, paid for expedited shipping. two days after we were supposed to receive them we called they said there is a mishap with production and they would ship them overnight. After not receiving confirmation of shipment, we called back now we're supposed to receive them in five days. The only reason I gave two stars was because they did answer their phone, but it was a lie after lie. just be aware. read more

I ordered personalized golf ball markers, nearly a last-minute decision, just several days before our charity golf event. In less than an hour from my initial call I received proofs of multiple ball marker products to choose from. When they told me I could receive the markers in just a few days ... I was very impressed, but wasn't really certain they would arrive in time. It was just so fast for a personalized product ... less than a week! The markers arrived on the exact day I was quoted, and precisely as designed. The quality of the poker chip ball marker is excellent. They're heavy, in a good way, and the image is very professional. All of our golfers loved them! Special shout out to Desi, the rep who helped me. She was outstanding! I will absolutely call on Golfballs.com for products for future events and I'll try to give them more time next time around. read more

I hadn't played golf in 5 months. In my 20s-30s, I was a 3-4 day a week golfer, but I only average playing 4-6 times a year for the past 25 years.. My brother and I grew up playing at the local course. He started young & has a fluid "Couples-like" swing; I on the other hand, studied Jack Nicklaus' Lessons Tee & Ben Hogan's 5 Fundamentals & have a more mechanical swing. We have always loved golf. As a child, my mom would drop me at the course at dawn - i remember the smell of clean-cut grass & the momentum killing rooster-tail dew; I'd play 72 holes a day until I could barely see the ball after hitting it, it was so dark. Once my brother, who's 8 years younger, caught up to me in strength, his drives would soar past my Sunday punch with regularity, which meant he'd be 30-40 yards closer to the greens on our approach. This happened all my life, until I bought a new golf set at Golfballs.com this past Monday. I was always an "off brand", "discount store", "maybe this will work", "$19.99 special" type golfer, when it came to buying my golf clubs. I can remember my first set was a Wilson's Julius Boros I purchased at the Northgate Mall sidewalk sale; it had a laminated 3-wood, no driver and the standard 3-5-7-9 makeup of the starter sets. I remember taking that set home, and lemon oiling each club, and even sleeping with it for the first couple of months. That set replaced a hand-me-down Sears Signature set, whose shafts would have made good rebar for cement reinforcing. I was 10. I feel fortunate because I grew up in the Gold Age of Sports - Ali, Frazier, Cowboy Bill Watts, undefeated Dolphins, Bradshaw, Dempsey's kick, Jenner's decathlon, Tom Landry - but it was golf that consumed me - Trevino, Palmer, Player, Hubie Green, Watson, Gentle Ben, Weiskopf, Miller - each one taking their turn at dethroning my idol Jack. I can still see The Golden Bear address the ball, turning his head slightly to the right during his pre-shot routine and "murdertizing the ball" like my dad would say. Year-after-year, I would try to emulate Jack in my backyard, playing for hours with a makeshift artificial turf 4X6 rug that I would play with a Jonny Bulla wedge which help me develop a tremendous short game. I had gotten to where I was 4-6 handicap at my best, but always thought I was better than the score indicated. I turned 60 this past June, and although I have only been averaging playing 4-6 times a year, my heart always wants to play more, but my obligations kill any plans. I had been telling my wife that I was going to buy me a golf set for years. Any time money would become available, like with inheritances or bonuses or raises, I would jokingly say, "now I can by me a golf set" but never would. Last Monday, I "got a hair......", and took off work and drove to GolfBalls.com Retail Center. I wanted to play golf with my brother that day, but I had it in my mind that I would only go with a new golf set. I arrived in the parking lot at 8:30, & was the first customer when they unlocked the door. The salesman, Mr. Vidrine, guided my purchase. I told him of my history, and he escorted me to the back of the store where the simulator was located. It was like "country come to town" I didn't realize the details involved in getting the club matched to my swing. The screen had every possible statistic you could want, swing speed, spin, face angle, etc. I told Mr. Vidrine I knew nothing about the modern technology of the equipment, but that I didn't want to order anything, that I wanted to leave with a set of clubs. Mr. Vidrine chose Calloway B21 irons. Although I had subscribed to Golf Digest for years when I was younger, I had not read or researched any of the modern day game improvements within the last 10 years or so. I guess I am lucky, because for 60, I am still relatively well-muscled and maintained a Doug Sanders'-like swing that is pretty repeatable even when I go for months without practice. Mr. Vidrine handed me a 7-iron, and I hit about 5 balls, averaging about 170 yards and pretty straight. I was like a kid in a candy shop. My normal club for 170 has always been a 5-iron, and there better not be any wind. The club seem to have a magnet-like polar detraction to the ball, almost like the ball would jump off the club face, sort of like when you put the same polarity of magnet together and the magnets repel each other. We then moved to the Driver and the 3-wood (and if I wouldn't be married, I would have gotten the 5-wood). There was one life-time question answered during this fitting, I never knew what flex my shaft should be. During the fitting, I found that the irons with a Regular Shaft set the club at the right position during impact, whereas because I am more aggressive with the woods, the 1 & 3 woods provided a better performance using the Stiff Shaft - (PART 1 OF 2) read more

Never again with these people. Ordered personalized golf balls from them on December 2 of 2020 and they indicated shipment was expected by 12/15. When it didn't arrive on 12/15, their automated message (via email) said it would arrive by 12/16.... it's 12/16 and no goddamn golf balls. They just keep moving the date because they have NO idea when the product is supposed to arrive. I've tried chatting online and email to get a tracking number (which they DO NOT provide) but ZERO response from them. $50.00 worth of personalized golf balls down the crapper because they don't have their fecal matter amalgamated! DONE with this company!!! Will gladly spend my dollars at another business but NEVER again with golfballs.com!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Bought personalized golf balls as a gift for a friend. Arrived quickly, but the monogram doesn't seem to be screen printed onto the balls. It appears to be a sticker. I was under the impression these golf balls were made by Titleist but they look to be cheap knockoffs. I was going to get some balls for his wife, but I think I'll spend a bit more money elsewhere for brand name balls & screen printed monogram. read more

Was on a quest to buy AP-3 irons. They didn't have any, young man didn't know when and seemed like I was putting him out. I went down the road and spent 1200.00 on irons and wedges. Gave them a second chance when I was upgrading to a new Scotty Cameron putter. Stood up front waiting to be acknowledged for 5 plus minutes. The two young guys that worked there were talking about the softball game they were in last night. After a long wait I left again and bought one somewhere else. Another 400.00 sale read more

For Canada Deliveries BEWARE. The website was great. Ordered exactly what I wanted at a good price. Then the "fun" happened. Shipping costs to Canada have gone up 350% from when I last ordered 1.5 years ago. The shipment came on time as expected, but then I get a bill from FedEx Express for duties, tariffs and administration that was 50% of the cost of the original order. This did not happen on my previous order, so I suppose it is hit and miss so BEWARE. So, in the end NOT a good deal price wise, but I can't find anywhere else that you can get the alignment aid and initials put on golf balls in Canada. Maybe I should just do it manually myself. So again, just be fore-warned and beware. read more

Super service! Ordered personalized golf balls...they shipped same day and arrived in CA in 2 days later. Thanks.

Many other options to chose from -- so i highly recommend you do such. Their customer service, or lack thereof, is argumentative and unhelpful, not to mention highly deceptive. Obviously, no leadership or anyone versed in proper retail strategies working there. Lol. I could go on and on about the horrible experience at Goofballs.com, but I think you get it... Lets start with the moment you walk in. As soon as you walk through the door, you are instantly greeted by one or more employees, who are all friendly and eager to help. If you need help finding something, everyone is extremely knowledgable about all the products they sell, and if there is a question they cannot answer, they will do their best to find one for you. If you are just a casual browser, they are really good about letting you shop without the constant badgering most sales people do. For being the largest golf retailer in the state of Louisiana, they provide a comfortable, family like atmosphere with tailor made, one on one assistance for each and every customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to any golfer in the area, whether a local weekend warrior or a traveler passing through. A+ read more

I tend to shop locally owned stores exclusively and really like the personal service from golfballs.com. It might be easier/more convenient to shop the store online but I really like going into the store itself. I'm one of those people who doesn't want to be bothered but when I need help don't want to have to track someone down. The staff is always pretty upbeat and helpful, but they don't bug me. I buy all of my fiance's sports shirts there and have actually found a few things for myself (ok, more than a few). I'd go insane in this store if he actually played golf. read more

Ordered an Adidas ClimaChill polo for my dad. He recently retired and will be golfing far more frequently now (lucky him!). Since it's getting warmer in PA now that summer is near, I figured I'd get him something with a little more breath-ability. Received the package as expected, but the fit was a little off. Would have appreciated a sizing chart on the site to ensure the fit was right. Either way, my dad was happy with it, so I'm happy! read more

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Contacted this company about a little over a month from our golf event. I was promised that the shipment will arrive 2 weeks prior from our event. I kept emailing Britt back and forth. I would always email him for updates and call. He never kept me updated on my order I was always the one to contact him. 1 week before the event i still hadn't received the shipment. I was concerned but again Britt assured me everything is fine they had an issue with production and I was GUARANTEED my delivery will arrive before my event. My event was on a Tuesday so i called him the Friday morning before the weekend. He apologized and said not to "worry" my shipment is due to arrive by Monday (day before the event). Called him on Monday, with a stuttering voice he said they lost the package and it will not be arriving. I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK AND DISAPPOINTED! I asked him why did he literally wait last minute to inform me that my shipment won't even arrive. He claims it was lost. I contacted his managers, VP and wrote them an email and all i got was.. We're sorry. Sorry was not going to bring me the shipment we ordered. If Britt knew there was an issue 2 weeks before why wasn't there any type of communication. All he had to say was it looks like we can't make your order. That's fine I could have worked with another company. Instead they embarrassed me and my company by not having the merchandise. AGAIN DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT SO EVER. I got an email from a director a few days later apologizing and telling me if we would like to continue with their business they can give me a discount. A discount will not make up for the lack of good business. read more

I placed what I though was a pretty simple order for golfballs, hats, and gloves with an expected delivery date of Thursday August 9. I noticed that order status not changed so I texted a support person who said my order was for some reason frozen but that he fixed it and it should be delivered today August 12. I checked the status again August 10 and the order status had not changed so this time I spoke with someone else in support who said it was an inventory issue , but he (also) fixed it and it will be shipped. Here it is Monday August 12 and no change on status. I have been promised again that the issue has been resolved and the order should be delivered by end of week. all I can say is not very good service.... read more
