This isn't my first review for this place and probably won't be my last, lol. I just bought another pair of awesome hiking shoes and I'm scoping out a new aqua backpack, some yeti cooler bottles and a few more supplies for our desert hikes. I actually just got back from 40 miles of hiking in Nevada and after the last hike I pitched my 8 year old shoes and torn backpack. This is a great place to find high quality outdoor items like coats, hats, hiking shoes, sleeping bags, ski wear, glasses, etc. They carry the top name brands and are super helpful. I have purchased many of my cold weather gear and camping, hiking supplies from here and have never been disappointed. The only wish would be that they would carry more of it. Lol. Enjoy! read more

I went into this store to buy some Birkenstocks. I made the mistake of looking at the shoes myself instead of realizing that I needed an employee to go to that section of the store. Two of the girls working there were very rude and sassy to me and didn't kindly explain to me that customers weren't allowed where I was at. The Birkenstocks were in an open enough area so I thought I could look at them. These two girls treated me like a nuisance and I was very embarrassed. Went in to buy a pair of rocking climbing shoes. I'm new to the sport but the lady who worked there actually moved from Seattle, where climbing has a bigger scene. I wasn't expecting to buy anything but she helped me with choosing a fit and brand that was comfortable and functional. The shoes were also 30% off which was a huge plus, making the same price if not a few dollars less as if I were to purchase on Amazon, which I was planning too. I'm sorry that I forgot her name but the lady who helped me was so super nice and friendly. She even gave me a free sample of a fine chalk (unicorn chalk) after I told her I only use a cheap loose chalk. read more
