Unfortunately, the driver misunderstood the instructions and dumped the stone in the middle of my driveway blocking one of the garage doors. I contacted the manager at Osborne and he said the driver followed protocol. He offered no help or credit. So it took me about 3 hrs that night to shovel enough stone to get my car out of the garage. Suggestion: If you order material from Osborne, I suggest you buy a can of neon orange spray paint and paint a big X where you want the material dropped so there is no room for a misunderstanding.

Like this is 2020 (2019 at the time) and you have the Visa/MasterCard logo on the door. If I'm inconveniencing you by paying by card, maybe you need to update your business. Either way, this place is right around the corner, and we probably would have shopped here more often if I didn't get attitude when I checked out, now I'll be taking the further drive to Home Depot from now on.

They literally have thousands of dog treats and toys in addition to the dog food. They also have feed, hay, bowl warmers for outdoor pets and so many items, it's hard to remember them all! Don't forget to get the rewards card (you sign up quickly at the register) I have already gotten a $5 coupon and they have a first time check in Yelp special that will get you $10 off any purchase of $100 or more. They were professional and have been in business for years and they furnishings they sell are top notch. The set we bought was all handmade in America. They had what we we looking for in stock and didn't have to order and was delivered free a few days later. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and if I ever need anything furniture related I will head back here and buy from them again. Yes there prices are higher the some box stores but the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each piece is amazing.
