The paint does not match the other walls in color and is shinier than the other walls!! The second time going was to get a particular primer that I could not get elsewhere. While there I bought paint rollers. The staff suggest a roller and I questioned them thinking I wanted a smoother one. They told me the one they recommended is used by the professionals. I asked for two packages. I hate them! And, the two packages were not the same! Roger's Paint store told me I should have been using a smooth roller for my walls not the ones the Paine Shoppe sold me. The staff there do not appear to be knowledgeable!

My wife went back and explained this to the man behind the counter but she made the mistake of saying she didn't like the color either... well that was it... over $300 wasted. I called the store afterward and he denied she mentioned the problem with the consistency at all. He basically called my wife a liar and then said sarcastically that he'd love to see the paint. Instead of saying that he'd fix the issue he sarcastically said to being it in so he can paint a board and see for himself. He was implying that we were both liars. I will never waste my money with this store, or Benjamin Moore for that matter, again. STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service and a BAD ATTITUDE.

I have been to those other box store places and they do not compare, the service and attentiveness along with the quality of the products can't be beat. Any home projects you may have they will help with, letting you know what is needed, how to do it, and the most economical option for you. Also, they take all of your old paint cans for recycling so it is a great place to drop this off as you can't put in your trash or recycling. Also, if you are unsure on how a color will look on your wall, the staff there will guide you into which hue to choose. There were some that I was told would be too much on 4 walls with little light but went a shade down and it was perfect.

NEVER AGAIN. I went…read moreto their Warwick location on my lunch because the store they have near my house closes at 5 (super convenient for those of us with 9-5 hours). I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, bought the most expensive paint they carry (Aura by Benjamin Moore) and AFTER cashing me out I am told a paint can opener is an additional cost. Why not ask that BEFORE you run my credit card??? On top of that they did not put the color on the lid, so I am sitting at my desk now nervous that it won't be the color listed. I will painting on Saturday and if I open it and it's wrong you better believe they will be taking it back!!! I will NEVER return to one of their stores again. A "discount" on paint (that is offered by Benjamin Moore Directly, not the store itself) does not make up for bad service!

I purchased the Harborbreeze ceiling fan here on June 4. I hired a registered electrician who used…read moreto install ceiling fans for Lowe's for years. He came and dismantled my former one and disposed of it and spent a good part of the day putting together the new fan and hooking it up and putting in a new switch and getting it all set up and ready to go. From the first day, I had it, the motor made a clinging noise as the fan went round and round the faster I made the van Gogh the noisier the fan was my electrician came back today and took it all apart and checked every one of his connections and everything was done perfectly, and nothing was looped, and he said it was all in the motor itself, we tried to run it again, and then the motor just died obviously it had a faulty motor in it, and it was all the fault of Harbor breeze that manufactured it. I went to Lowe's here on Quaker Lane to speak with the manager. I was told he was in an all day district meeting. I asked for the assistant manager, and was told there was no assistant manager. I don't understand how a store that lodge can function all day long without anyone in charge! I went home and call the telephone number that was on the Harborbreeze booklet that came with the fan and it connected me to customer service at Lowe's, I explained my situation and after a long time finally got a return authorization number to return the fan that cost me over $200 to begin with. Then he connected me with another Lowe's department that was going to offer me a compensation. After waiting for the woman to come back with this compensation figure I lost the call. She never called me back so I had a call back and give my story all over again to another person. This person had me wait for 10 minutes and came back and told me they could compensate me $20. I told her I paid my electrician $450 to install a faulty fan and would have to do it all over again and all they could offer me was $20. She went back to a supervisor after I demanded that and her supervisor authorized $50! What an insult to me and what a sham! Imagine Lowe's a multi billion dollar company which stores all over offer me a $50 compensation for something that's gonna cost me another almost $500 because they sold me a faulty Harborbreeze fan! Once I replace this fan and use this wonderful $50 gift card I will never ever purchase another item at Lowe's again. Shame on this company and how lousy I was treated!
