Also, they take all of your old paint cans for recycling so it is a great place to drop this off as you can't put in your trash or recycling. Also, if you are unsure on how a color will look on your wall, the staff there will guide you into which hue to choose. There were some that I was told would be too much on 4 walls with little light but went a shade down and it was perfect.

They sell automotive paint and auto body supplies, including a great variety of specialty auto body fasteners. On my most recent visit, they really came through big-time. I had bought a used exterior side mirror for my wife's car from an auto salvage yard, and the paint on the mirror housing did not match the color of her car. I tried several area auto parts chain stores, looking for a spray can of the correct factory color paint, but came up empty. Finally, someone referred me here. This store can make any color of paint, and put it into a spray can, which is perfect for a small project like my mirror. I came in maybe an hour before they closed on a Saturday, and they were busy, but the owner finished my custom spray paint can before they closed. My wife's car mirror looks great with the right color paint!

I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, bought the most expensive paint they carry (Aura by Benjamin Moore) and AFTER cashing me out I am told a paint can opener is an additional cost. Why not ask that BEFORE you run my credit card??? On top of that they did not put the color on the lid, so I am sitting at my desk now nervous that it won't be the color listed. I will painting on Saturday and if I open it and it's wrong you better believe they will be taking it back!!! I will NEVER return to one of their stores again. A "discount" on paint (that is offered by Benjamin Moore Directly, not the store itself) does not make up for bad service!

I purchased the Harborbreeze ceiling fan here on June 4. I hired a registered electrician who used…read moreto install ceiling fans for Lowe's for years. He came and dismantled my former one and disposed of it and spent a good part of the day putting together the new fan and hooking it up and putting in a new switch and getting it all set up and ready to go. From the first day, I had it, the motor made a clinging noise as the fan went round and round the faster I made the van Gogh the noisier the fan was my electrician came back today and took it all apart and checked every one of his connections and everything was done perfectly, and nothing was looped, and he said it was all in the motor itself, we tried to run it again, and then the motor just died obviously it had a faulty motor in it, and it was all the fault of Harbor breeze that manufactured it. I went to Lowe's here on Quaker Lane to speak with the manager. I was told he was in an all day district meeting. I asked for the assistant manager, and was told there was no assistant manager. I don't understand how a store that lodge can function all day long without anyone in charge! I went home and call the telephone number that was on the Harborbreeze booklet that came with the fan and it connected me to customer service at Lowe's, I explained my situation and after a long time finally got a return authorization number to return the fan that cost me over $200 to begin with. Then he connected me with another Lowe's department that was going to offer me a compensation. After waiting for the woman to come back with this compensation figure I lost the call. She never called me back so I had a call back and give my story all over again to another person. This person had me wait for 10 minutes and came back and told me they could compensate me $20. I told her I paid my electrician $450 to install a faulty fan and would have to do it all over again and all they could offer me was $20. She went back to a supervisor after I demanded that and her supervisor authorized $50! What an insult to me and what a sham! Imagine Lowe's a multi billion dollar company which stores all over offer me a $50 compensation for something that's gonna cost me another almost $500 because they sold me a faulty Harborbreeze fan! Once I replace this fan and use this wonderful $50 gift card I will never ever purchase another item at Lowe's again. Shame on this company and how lousy I was treated!

I was an employee, and witnessed this, and questioned owner, he tried to tell me I was mistaken, it belonged to him, until a clients house was burglarized 2 days after he finished painting their house. they had sold their house, and bought another, (house we painted) they had very expensive equipment and all their belongings stored in garage until remodeling completed. He didnt even show up to receive second half of payment! guilty? definitely! I immedietly quit he owed me 500$ pay and refused to pay me what he owes me. weeks prior he never wanted to pay me for the hours he owed me! He deducted hours for no reason. Please do not hire this man!
