I've been taking my 2 dogs to Wet Paws for over 22 years. Since the owner has moved her business into her basement she now has too many rules. You can only park in front of her house and not in front of any neighbor' s house. You must drop your dog off at the exact time and must pick your pet up at the scheduled time. If your late more than 5 minutes she gets bent out of shape. Yesterday when I went to pick up my dog the owner told me he could not come to Wet Paws any more because he barked a lot for 20 minutes while she was drying him. She had a video of him barking and wanted to know if I wanted to watch it. She also said you could hear him outside with the door to the basement closed. I think she was afraid of the neighbors complaining. I still has not updated her website. It still has her old address listed. Since I am a Christian I will be nice and just say her loss is my gain. read more

A trip to the spa is a monthly occurrence for my pooch Duncan; he gets really excited when I tell him he is going to see Tricia Hampson! This dog, who abhors rain, will happily submit to a warm bath and blow dry. Tricia keeps his hair trimmed and nails clipped. When Duncan's undercoat coat sheds each year I can count on Tricia to get out the clumps of loose hair so it is not all over my clothing and house! He is generally in and out in in 90 minutes. When your dog is eager to get inside and never looks back when they take his leash, you know he is comfortable and being treated well. read more

I've only had my dog groomed here twice and they've done an excellent job. However, since I can not afford/ nor need my dog groomed very often, I was basically thrown out as a customer after the first of the year because 1- the groomer I used had left and 2- it's been 8 months since I took my dog there. I guess my money isn't good enough for them.They are very difficult to get a hold of as well. Do not recommend. read more

This business seriously lacks professionalism. To let a business phone ring off the hook and then leave a message and not have it returned is unacceptable. We had to go directly to the business to talk to someone and even then they just looked at us and didn't even ask if they could help us. After getting irritated, they finally looked at our faces and asked what we wanted. We want our dog groomed. Why else would we be there. We DID take a chance and had our dog groomed here. What a mistake. We've been to lots of groomers and this grooming had to be the worst we ever had. Our dog didn't even look groomed when it was time to pick it up. Needless to say, we won't be back. Seriously, if Wet Paws wants to further this business for the future, you're surely going about it the wrong way. Good Luck! read more

Duncan is the third dog that we have taken to the spa for grooming. Duncan has no affection for other dogs but they have managed him well and consequently he is doing much better. All three dogs have been double coated shepherds of some variety. The spa does a great job with both washing and trimming up to your specifications. If you go regularly your dog will know them and they will know your dog which eases matters. We have an appointment scheduled for the next time when we leave to avoid the hassle of trying to get on their calendar at a later time. read more

I have been calling this place every month for the past year to try to make an appointment because it is close to my home. Every time I get the same response that they are not taking new customers right now. My advice is to not even bother with them...I am done trying as well. read more
