Then the lady said she felt bad of it. I could get a cone on her. She would do it. So that's what we did. She then asked the next time I to get her medicine and we would do her the first appointment in the morning so she wasn't in the crate. Again I did that seem to be fine. I made another appointment and once I got there, they said oh the lady who her isn't here today can you come tomorrow? I said fine. I get a phone call the next morning saying they will not cut her anymore. I asked why and explained that they told me she took the medicine last time and was fine. The lady was very rude when I was trying to find out what had changed. She ended up telling me I'm sorry you have a dog that wants to bite. Everybody's face off and hung up on me. My dog is 7 pounds and has never bit anyone in the seven years we had her. very disappointed.

They've been grooming my mini doodle for the past 8 years, so when I needed a place for my…read moregranddoodle, there was no question where I would go. My granddoodle has extremely difficult "cotton candy" hair that mats very easily, and I was honestly worried most of it would have to be shaved. But V worked absolute magic. She was able to save much of her coat, and she looks beautiful! What really stood out to me, though, was how comfortable my dog was. Even though it was her first visit, she ran right to V like she already knew her. That kind of trust means everything. You can tell they truly care about the dogs they groom. I wouldn't take mine anywhere else!

let me start by saying the groomer herself (Stacy) was absolutely awesome!! Kind, patient, very…read moreknowledgeable. Really felt like she took the extra time that my dog needed. Now, whoever is in charge of scheduling should absolutely not be and needs classes in mannerisms and good old fashioned respect. I had an appointment scheduled that the groomer and I scheduled intentionally 5 weeks out so my pup could get a light cleanup and a little more exposure to the groomer to gain trust (groomers idea). The week before my appointment I receive a text stating "you're not due yet so we will find a day and time and reschedule you" ummmm what?! I have already scheduled you when I'm available and it's been scheduled for 4 1/2 weeks. This person refused to keep my appointment stating "we apologize but we are moving to a latchkey system and we won't be in your area until the following week" Well I'm sorry, but I paid $130 for 1 hour of service which included an "out of county fee" I was never told about on a 13 lb dog that didn't even get a bath. So the fact that you are trying to change my appointment that's been scheduled for a month is unacceptable. They didn't ask me if it would be possible to change to the following week, they told me this is what we are doing and we will let you know a new day and time. They never did respond back to me and then yesterday I get a text to confirm my appointment for June 6!! Very VERY unprofessional as far as the business/scheduling goes. Poor customer service which really stinks because I wanted to love this place and the groomer girl was very sweet :-(
