Our pup was still very nervous and scared but they took great care of her while she was there. They were so kind and gentle with her from what I saw when I dropped her off and picked her up. They also did a wonderful job and cut her exactly how I wanted her cut. The only thing I would recommend they do moving forward is to overestimate the time it will take. They told me 3 hours and after 4 hours, our pup still wasn't ready. We had a training session booked so I had to have them rush the rest of the service. Next time I'll know to make an appointment earlier in the day and expect it to take most of the day.

Jennifer & Laura are INCREDIBLY kind, caring, and love your dog's nearly as much as you do. Our dogs can be a bit of a handful and EVERY time Jennifer and Laura groom them- they say "oh my gosh they were angels." They are professional, affordable, VERY talented, extremely kind!! The building is VERY easy to find, super clean, and well put together. We will never go anywhere else besides Butts 'n Bubbles!! The picture below is after they were groomed. They were so happy (they have a history of being scared of groomers)- not Jennifer or Laura.

We typically keep an 8 week schedule but this time we were way over. We decided to look at other groomers and came across Fresh Cuts who was able to get us in right away! I was apprehensive, but I will say I would 100% recommend Emma. She had a challenge and didn't just shave our doodle down which we have had once before when going too long. She took the time and Henry came home with one of the best grooming he has ever gotten. I will definitely be scheduling him in the future!! Good price, very friendly, and easy to schedule! We have had such a good first experience.
