I walked in with no appointment to have a relatively simple fix done which was to repair a tire that had a hole in it. Upon walking in I was greeted promptly with two extremely friendly people. The gentleman was actually on the phone when I walked in and he still took the time to acknowledge me and let me know that he would be jumping right on the tire to get it knocked out. He was extremely friendly and courteous as well as the rest of the staff and the price of the repair was extremely reasonable. While I know the repair is nothing much as far as a shop that handles things as complicated as they do, I must say that this type of customer service and friendliness is not something that you run into much these days and I feel that it is extremely important to make it known that these guys are a place to go if you are looking for friendly service. I shall definitely be returning for future repairs to both of my vehicles here. I wanted to bring an update to you fellow yelpers. I had a second experience with these guys as of recent because my vehicle completely broke down and I couldn't get it to my usual mechanic that I go to. These guys did an outstanding job and even went the extra mile and stay to open a few minutes late after O'Reilly's screwed up and sent the wrong part. When I questioned it, I showed proof that their own system sent my "arrival" text at 12:03 PM. This feels intentionally manipulated to make their wait times look better than they actually are -- they were off by nearly 50 minutes. Additionally, the sales approach was very aggressive. I understand upselling is part of the job, but the forceful tone made the experience uncomfortable and honestly made me less inclined to purchase anything extra. Lack of transparency, excessive waiting, and high-pressure sales made this a poor experience.
