When I worked in Franklin, I could drop off and come back and get it after they called to let me know it was done. I've gone in and got the cheap, midgrade and high estimate to replace the tires, and they don't try to push you into something you don't want/need. They explain each (noting the miles expected to get with wear and whether it's guaranteed), then you make the choice, and they install the tires you choose. I respect that and will continue to do business there.

They do not try to oversell me. In fact, a couple of times they told me I didn't need any additional oil because I obviously wasn't driving that much which was true. They could've charged me for more oil and I wouldn't have known the difference. They do more than just change oil. They will check and replace filters, fluids, batteries, and even check your air-conditioning and air up your tires. Their prices are very fair and they offer numerous discounts and coupons. A HUGE PLUS IS THE FACT THAT THIS BUSINESS IS OWNED BY A WOMAN! Any female knows what it's like to get her car worked on by a bunch of men and never knowing if they're getting ripped off. This lady is a delight to deal with. I trust these people and highly recommend them. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. We realized that the aerodynamic plate covering the oil fell off and was scraping on the highway. We called the store and pulled in right at closing time. A couple of their technicians stayed behind to lift the car and throw some screws in. Not only was this after they had already closed, but they offered to do it for free, and were extremely polite. It's obvious based on the other 5 star reviews this is the place to go, and I 100% recommend, and I really appreciate the work fellas.
