I found Bowles to be very professional, very reasonably priced and a delight to do business with. My husband and I were discussing and it is like stepping back it time to when customers were appreciated and respected. I recommend. They have done an oil change, replaced spark plugs and installed 2 new tires this week. I have an appointment next week to get my other vehicles oil changed. They did not try to pressure sell in any manner. They actually said I could probably wait a bit longer on spark plugs but my husband wanted to get them handled now.

First and foremost everyone in store was fine - no issues and I wasn't upset with the situation. The car needed an oil change and I forgot to bring in the mailer stating their oil change special of 39.95. I told the lady at the counter but she wouldn't honor it because I didn't bring it in. Okay- annoying but whatever right? WRONG. They drained the oil but then couldn't get the filter out. I know this can be a common issue but to quote me nearly $400 PLUS the $80 oil change seemed insane. I called the last place that did the oil change and they completely took care of it/me. Now I paid the $80 thanked them and left. But I found the mailer and read every single word - nowhere does it state it needed to be brought in for redemption, it actually doesn't even say it's a coupon it says "oil change special" So I called the manager Blake, he was immediately rude, condescending and disrespectful. When I mentioned the tech drained the oil before taking out the filter he instantly remarked how "That's the ONLY way to do an oil change." (Truly, almost any mechanic can give you a different answer on what's right or wrong but that's neither here nor there). It was the immediate rudeness and talking down to me that really took me by surprise. I told the manager all I was asking was a partial refund since I had the ad and it doesn't say it needs to be brought in. He essentially told me too bad and again "EVERY store requires the coupons in person." He then offered that the coupon doesn't expire so I can bring it in next time. I told Blake frankly I don't know that I'll come back if this is how they treat customers. After a few minutes of back and forth regarding the coupon Blake told me I can bring the mailer in, he will write me a check for the difference, and to never come back to his shop again. P.S I called Amerifix of Franklin - I said I totally forgot my mailer at home can you still honor the coupon, they told me yes. I also asked if they usually drain the oil first or remove the filter, he said they remove the filter first. What a terrible way to do business and a terrible way to treat customers. Shame on you Blake.

The entire crew is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and above all they are so honest. Getting a new transmission is a big repair and comes with a hefty bill. They worked with our extended warranty company to get most of the costs covered. That was not an easy process and was very time-consuming for Automotive Solutions but they were as much tenacious as they were patient in getting the claim resolved. Our vehicle rides better now than it ever has before and we couldn't be happier. NONE OF IT WAS DONE and refused to show me the video of them completing the work. Well, surprise surprise, none of it was done and they even tried to charge me for it. I then waited to receive paperwork via email to put my deposit down for the vehicle, since an agreement had been made. Later, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold out from under me AFTER I had already agreed to purchase the vehicle. My best guess (assuming positive intent on the saleswoman's part) is that she forgot to mark the car as sold, so it was mistakenly shown to another customer. Regardless, Gupton failed to honestly own up to their mistake, which was quite maddening. When I showed interest in a comparable vehicle, since the one I preferred was sold out from under me, Gupton dragged their feet on matching the deal we'd already agreed upon. Really bad impression of these guys -- not only failing to own up to their mistakes, but also not even making an effort to make it right with the customer... Too bad -- took my business to another Jeep dealership that was very pleasant and honest!
