I dropped off my car at 0900 to have one tire fixed, it had a screw in the middle of the tire. The repair was completed by 1140 at no charge. The service was very thorough and courteous. I also appreciated the Christian radio station selection. I highly recommend the Lebanon Discount tire location. read more

Extremely long wait times with misleading tracking. I arrived at 12:00 PM, yet the text update they sent showed my arrival time as 12:52 PM. When I questioned it, I showed proof that their own system sent my "arrival" text at 12:03 PM. This feels intentionally manipulated to make their wait times look better than they actually are -- they were off by nearly 50 minutes. Additionally, the sales approach was very aggressive. I understand upselling is part of the job, but the forceful tone made the experience uncomfortable and honestly made me less inclined to purchase anything extra. Lack of transparency, excessive waiting, and high-pressure sales made this a poor experience. read more

I bought 2 new tires and within a couple weeks I've had to come back twice because they were losing air. The second time the manager stepped in, he really went above and beyond my expectations, and because of that I will be a loyal customer! Thank you! read more

These guys. We were out of luck, stuck 3.5 hours from home with a flat trailer tire because of a busted valve stem. On a Saturday morning with MULTIPLE people waiting at the door, not only did they open 10 minutes early, they had us fixed up and ready to go by 8:25. FOR FREE. They charged us zero dollars with zero hassle. Can't say enough good things. Personal, professional service. Would pledge my firstborn to these people. read more

Very nice and outgoing staff! I would recommend making an appointment so you can get in and out fast. They also live up to their warranties. I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it at no charge. They also checked when I thought I had an issue with my alignment for Free after tires were installed but that was not the issue. Definitely recommend. read more

Very polite and friendly. Also make an appointment that is important. They fix my tires when I pick up nails driving between Kroger and Goodwill. No charge, rotate when needed, air them up when needed. I highly recommend them read more

I Wouldn't do business with the inexperienced tire changers if I was crossing the desert and had a flat...NO WAY.. If they break a lug, they will just tell you..Oh well** They will NOT offer to repair. You have to call Corporate Office to get your lug stud fixed. I had done business with them for years but never ever again. You have been warned. read more

Make an appointment people!!! These people couldn't be more nice and friendly. Seem to know what they are talking about. But....we went in with a flat tire and waited 3 hours to find out we had a cracked wheel. Then purchased 5 new wheels and waited an additional 2 1/2 hours to have them installed. Told they had to order the 5th one and kept our spare for the install. Told us they would have it the next day and call when it was ready. 2:00 and still waiting. We live 45 minutes away. Would come back but not without an appointment. read more

I have been a customer of Discount Tire, since the early 2000. I love that their nationwide which means my move from California is not a problem when I need to see someone here in Tennessee. I get free tire inflation and rotation. If they notice any issues with my tires they advise me immediately. I have gotten brand new tires with a sizable discount anytime my my tires don't seem to be lasting as they should. I would not trust anybody else with the tires that keep me on the road and safe!! read more

Came in to have some new wheels and tires put on and have my tpms sensors swapped out from my old 20s to my new 17s. I got in and out in about an hour. I understand mistakes happen so I'm not super upset about it but maybe check one more time before letting a customer leave. One of the Tpms sensors broke /wasn't pulled through and fell into my wheel, leaving me with a flat and no spare about 10 minutes away. The real star of the show however is Zach and his other coworker who came to save me after I left and they had already closed. I called them up and Zach and his coworker who I forgot their name but they know who they are came out to me, took the wheel back off, took it back up to discount and corrected the mistake and gave me a full refund for the work they just completed. Please make sure those guys get the recognition they deserve for doing what's right and saving me. I greatly appreciate yall. read more

This place stays busy, and I know why. Excellent service at excellent prices. I've bought 3 sets of tires from this particular location. They are always the cheapest price, I don't even compare them anymore to other prices. They always take great care of my family. They rotate and balance for me, and the only one time I ever had an issue in 8 years, they immediately took care of it and didn't charge me a dime. I'll never take my tire business anywhere else, ever. read more

They are happy to hurry up when you buy a new set of tires not so much when th re is a problem. Terrible service

horrible service. i went and had two tires replaced and left with my car screeching and squealing. when I went back the next day to have it serviced again, they told me the damage wasn't caused by them and to take it to a mechanic. i know the damage was 100% cause by them and they didn't accommodate me in anyway at all. never coming back again. read more

I've been using Discount Tire for years and their service is always professional and timely. Their 80,000 mile warranty on Michelin tires is fantastic. When a $170 tire I purchased was punctured I was able to replace it for only $25. They have high standards and I heard the chain is Christian based. It certainly shows! Free rotations and balances are offered as well as puncture repairs as a "service to the community." read more

When my 19 yo son let me know today that his front interior tire was "messed up" I told him take it to the Discount Tire in Lebanon where we purchased 4 new in February this year. Manager Bruce worked with him to make sure he had a safe, drivable solution on the spot. Their team is great. I will buy all of my tires there even if it's a buck or two more. Several years ago I was unemployed - on my way to an interview my tire went flat. I got the car to a discount tire (different location) - had it checked and they put on a new one. When I told them I could not afford a new one - they told me they could not let me drive it out in its current condition. The tire was on the house. Since then I've bought several tires from them and told countless people about my experience. HOW they do business matters and they do it well. Thank you to Bruce and the entire team!!! read more

Both my grandmama and I take our cars here. Great service and great communication. They got me new tires yesterday for a great price ($69 each) and fixed a grinding sound that I couldn't figure out. Now I'm getting a tire with a bubble in it changed out for free and having everything rotated and balanced. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Lebanon, Tennessee

I had four new tires added on Wednesday, saw that my dodge caps that I ordered for my car were missing. I watched them do my tires and saw the guy pocket them, just thinking he didn't want to lose them. Welp I lost them because they never put them back on. They put two normal ones on the driver side and nothing on the left. I should've checked before leaving but I've been here before and trusted them. read more

On the second leg of our trek back to DC, our tire pressure light came on. We stopped by Discount tire to get it checked out. They gave us a complimentary check and found a screw. They patched it and checked all the other tires at no cost to us. So grateful we stopped, now we have peace of mind going home. The service was super quick. Bryce and Matthew were so wonderful, courteous and helpful. 100% recommend! read more

Lebanon is the very best Discount Tire and overall tire shop I've used in 37 years of driving. I'm in the Army and have lived in 16 places. I've seen tire shops all over the nation and world. The guys at Lebanon Discount Tire are the best hands down. Their culture of quick, accurate, and professional service is the gold standard. Thanks Bruce! read more

The management seems reasonable, well some of them. Had some issues. Hopefully, they'll not be an issue in the future. Beyond those issues, someone cancelled my rebate so I'd have to wait longer for the replacement, after I complained to corporate about the other issues. . Didn't happen on its own. read more

Went to get 4 tires from my daughter's car. By the time they added on all the fees, they had doubled the price. If you are looking for an good deal on tires, this isn't your place. P.S. I'm from Lebanon, not SF like the review says because I signed in with google. read more

I use to love going to Discount Tire. I purchase the last two sets of tires from them, but this last time the sales man was pushy. I told him I wanted to shop around and he just kept pushing telling me they would be the cheapest and best. I finally gave in against my better judgement. The next day saw the tires for 200.00 less at Sam's Club. It's a good company and love the service just would have preferred not to be pressured into purchasing something. read more
