This guys provide the best service. Everyone at this establishment is very polite. We had a great time at the lake. Prices are very reasonable and somewhat negotiable. Make sure that you get a tube that works. The one we got kept going under water when you pulled it at faster speeds. I think it was meant to be used on a different type of boat. Otherwise, everything was great. read more

Had such a blast! It was our first time on the lake here and they told us a little about it so we were familiar. So easy and good communication. We had a good time and will be using again very soon!! read more

Great company and staff. It was Mother's Day weekend and even with the chaos they were so professional and prompt. They stay on the lake all day so if you need anything they're right there. I was even able to book last minute and they accommodated me. I will back this weekend to rent a boat. read more

Rented a powerful boat with my family for some water-skiing and tubing and it was amazing! Renting from this company was very pleasant. They are off-site but their prices are extremely competitive and their service made the entire experience outstanding. Kyle delivered the boat to the lake and explained everything to us in a professional manner. He went above and beyond and we could not have asked for more. Definitely renting from these guys again!! read more

Pretty awesome! We rented a UTV and had a blast. Guy explained everything really well and the price really can't be bought. I had compared a bunch of places before deciding on Westside and glad I went with them. Will definitely be using them again in the future! read more

Great time! Great service! We had a blast and Westside Recreation played a huge role in making our expletive great!

First time using Westside Recreation, and will continue renting from them after how friendly and helpful the staff were. Dylan texted me right when we got on the water in case we needed anything, and David was really patient as we were getting the boat back onto the trailer. The ski boat that we rented was also in great shape compared to some other rentals that we've gone through. read more

Great experience! I rented a 22' pontoon boat through Antonio, who gave me a great deal, even though I called at the last minute and I was 30 minutes late picking up the boat. Also, he was very patient with me in showing how everything works, and did a great job managing the situation when I brought it back with damage to the prop and skeg because I drove the boat into a rocky area. I paid the damages of course, but the point is that Antonio was very kind, and didn't judge me for being a terrible customer. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company to anyone! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Our boat overheated as soon as we got out. We waited two hours for them to tow us in. We had a 4 year old and 2 year old sitting and waiting. Once they finally got us in they told us their mechanic wasn't here and they don't have another boat for us and would refund us. They can't refund the time it took us to drive with our kids, the days it took us to prepare for this trip and the time they made us sit around and wait to have to leave and drive back home. Thanks for nothing! Also they only had one guy working and that's why it took so long. Well you should of prioritized the people with little children broke drown. They proceeded to offer for us to wait two hours for them to fix the boat and would let us have the day free. After 3 hours of waiting with our kids they told us they couldn't get it to work. We waited from 9-3 to do nothing in 100 degree weather to be told they will give us a discount in the future. It was the biggest slap in our face. I will say nothing but horrible things about this company. The way you handled this was horrible. read more

On time with boat delivery. On time pick up. Very friendly. We had a lot of fun on the lake.

Had a great experience out on the lake with a group of friends. Was a very easy time getting the boat and had no issues with the boat. Would definitely recommend and go back again sometime. read more

I recently rented a Yamaha speed boat from west side recreation. All I have to say is they were really easy to get scheduled with over the phone and super friendly. We got to the lake loaded up our stuff and they took us down to the water. If you haven't rented with them I definitely recommend it(Especially the Yamaha)! Super easy and fun thing to do with the family. I 100% will be back for more rentals! read more

I purchased a full day speed boat rental through Westside Recreation because they had a better price point than other rental locations. Keep in mind, that is for a reason. Although my boating experience with my friends that day was fun and overall enjoyable, I had higher expectations. There are a lot of good reviews for Westside and I assumed I would have the same excellent service others seemed to have had. Westside "upgraded" my boat rental to a larger one because they later told me the one I originally rented was being serviced. They did not give me this warning or notify me of the issues I would later discover myself when it was too late. Under my own observations I wonder how often their boats really are being serviced. The "upgraded" boat I was given for the day was larger yes, but was not serviced or prepared for the day as I detail below: 1) The seating areas were dirty and had not been cleaned or wiped down (I'm an Arizona native I know things get dirty, but seriously someone could have wiped this down in a minute) 2) The wakeboard was old and beaten up and the ankle straps were actually broken. My friends and I did not realize this till we were on the water and decided to try and see if we could repair it ourselves but decided not to because it was a safety concern. 3) The gauges (gas tank, speed, etc.) were not properly working and the check engine came on during our time on the lake. Because of this, I did not bother with refueling the tank because I had no idea how much was used AND... 4) There were no ropes for us to properly dock the boat so therefore I wasnt going to hassle with refueling the boat. We actually tried to use the wakeboard rope which was frayed and torn and difficult to work with. I was charged the refueling fee (which I know I signed the form in the office) BUT given that I couldn't even dock the boat that is a huge negative. 5) The lifejackets were stored in compartments all over the boat which my friends and I actually had to dig and find ourselves instead of one of the employees ensuring and showing us where they were or that we had enough for everyone in our party. The employees were polite and listened to my concerns at the end of our day and refunded me for the wakeboard rental. I appreciated this effort however was surprised at the lack of customer service and overall concern/indifference for their upkeep on the boats. ****My advice to future customers is to go with another boat rental company or 3rd party and spend the extra cash.**** If you're looking for a wakeboarding experience like I was, the boats that Westside offer are not the best or very fast. The described issues above could have been easily resolved if someone was paying closer attention and properly taking care of their customers. read more

It was terrific to do business with Westside Recreation. The boat delivery and pickup were prompt, the boat in good shape, and the inspection and instructions were thorough. We will definitely be calling again in the future. read more

Ease of rental, quickness to the water, friendliness of staff, and condition of pontoon boat were excellent. Pick up at the end of day can be slow because of crowd at launch so give them plenty of notice when you're ready. read more

Thanks to Westside Recreation and Guy for helping us reserve a boat over the 4th of July weekend. The boat was nice and accommodated our large group that ranged from ages 2 to 60. They were extremely helpful and friendly helping us get off the boat and dropping us right at our cars. I highly recommend using them for your next time on the lake if you are looking for convenience, clean and new boats and friendly service. read more

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was my first time renting a boat without someone experienced with me so I had a lot of questions. I called and texted several times throughout the day, they responded quickly and walked me through everything step by step. The pontoon we rented was clean and had plenty of room for my family. We will definitely be renting from Westside Recreation again. read more

Very easy company to use. Found a Groupon price and they gave me a great deal. I paid for 1/2 day (including towing out to lake) what most people pay for about an hour at the beach. Very polite service and I would use them again. read more

Just rented with this company for the third time in the last 30 days. It was an amazing experience. Guy is such a pleasure to work with. Our group of 8 had a blast and kept going back for more. He was always on time and extremely kind and reliable. Everything was always perfect. I definitely recommend !!! Thanks Guy! read more

I rented the most expensive and largest pontoon that they offered as well as 3 jet skis, looking forward to a fun filled, luxurious day on the water with my family. The pontoon and jet skis were all old and worn, nothing at all like the pictures that are shown on the website!! Had to wait quite some time to get towed in since there was only one employee there for three tows. Boat wouldn't restart after 3 hours of use. Tried following some jiggling instructions by the employee over the phone, but NOTHING! DEAD! We were told to wait an hour to be towed or use the jet skis we rented to tow the dead boat in. Spent over an hour towing the boat. What a day!! What a disappointment! When I contacted Guy for a refund and apology, he told me it was our error that the boat didn't start. How much skill does it take to put the throttle up and turn the key?!?! He kept on blaming us for all the issues, terrible customer service! read more

We rented a pontoon boat for the day for our family outing and it was amazing! Guy explained everything in detail and was very punctual in meeting us for our arrival and departure. The boat was in great condition and perfect for a getaway at the lake, we had a great time! We will definitely rent from Westside Recreation again, highly recommend it to anyone! read more

I have always had such a fab time on the boats they rent to me. The service is really great, the boats are fun, and the process is so smooth and easy. Twelve out of ten!! read more

We highly recommend this company with their personal and professional 5 star service. We rented a pontoon boat and Guy met us at the designated spot on time. He helped us load our belongings into the boat and gave us a detailed explanation of the boat, it's safety features as well as several useful points and tips which are good reminders for experienced boaters and invaluable for first time boaters. You are launched into the water like royalty and off you go! At the end of your rental time, the experience is reversed and you are dropped off at your vehicle---no hiking up and down to the launch and parking lot lugging your coolers and belongings! We have already recommended @Westside Recreation to personal friends and highly recommend them! read more

Rented through these guys last week and had an amazing time short lived and definitely wished we had rented all day but we literally just showed up and the boat was there and ready to go! Would highly recommend Westside to anyone looking for a great deal on boat rentals! read more

We had a great day on the lake. First time renters with Westside and everything was easy; reservation, waiver, meet up and unload in the parking lot, a quick ride to the boat ramp and easy instructions to run the boat. We had 10 adults and 2 children on the pontoon boat for 8 hours. Plenty of room for every one, our coolers and fishing gear. Perfect weather, smooth water and enough shade under the canopy. Why own when you can rent? Great price, no surprises and just 12 gallons of gas used. We will definitely be back. read more

Excellent service, fun boat all day with tube! Would definitely rent again!! Thank you Josh!

Thanks for a great day at the lake and appreciate taking some time finding my daughter's cell phone. I would definitely recommend renting a boat or a pontoon with them. read more

Perfect boat rentals is the perfect place to rent a boat. I rented the jet boat for the family and i....we had a blast!! That boat hauled ass! We cannot wait to rent from Guy again and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks a bunch Guy....as my wife said.. you are perfect! read more

We have a second home in AZ and thought we would add another fun activity to our itinarary while visiting. Guy was great to work with, very professional. Rented a ski boat and loved Lake Pleasant. Clean, wild donkeys with babies grazing in various coves, perfect water temperature in September, Saguaros, and perfect day. Would recommend this company to our friends. Plan to rent pontoon next time for grand kids to join us. Thanks Guy for allowing us such a "pleasant" day on the perfect lake. read more
