I called the current manager and he says there's no way to keep them out as this building is located in the country. Completely get that point, however, he should pin point exactly how they are getting in. When asked if he tells his renters that he has a rat problem, he says "if it comes up." Moral of the story, don't rent from here and if you have things there, GET IT OUT!

Please do not use this moving service! We used them on September 9th. They busted an $1100 marble…read moretop dresser and sliced the back of my $800 couch i contacted the company owner. He told me that he didnt have time for this right now that he was late for a doctor's appointment. He did not return my call until I sent my husband to the business. After 4 days of yanking me around trying to tell me his contract didn't cover marble (which it said nothing about) he offered $120 for all damages. When I told him that wouldn't cut it, and that I was going to leave a review everywhere I could find, he BLOCKED me. We are going to small claims court please please please dont use this company. This is what happened to me after listening to the movers scream profanity at each other for hours while they moved me. The reason my things are ruined is because one of the movers was so messed up out of his mind...he couldn't hold himself up. His eyes were rolling to the back of his head. Still, we tipped $70 a piece to walk in after they left and find the damage save yourself a headache...

So, I had to do it myself. The worst part was they half way put my bed back together. They put the slats on half way and left the legs off and sitting on the floor under the bed. When I went to lay down on the bed, the mattress fell to the floor off the rails. I called and talked to some guy, David and he was NOT helpful at all. I only got a "I'm sorry" with an attitude. I would not recommend them to anyone!
