He told me he would speak with someone. He called me back to say my rate would not chang. I asked him to put it writing like the increase was in writing. Never receive. Got my receipt via email today, and guess what... You guessed right, I was charged $417.

Assisted me to unhook a trailer that was too short to lift off my bumper then installed my new hitch assembly in less time than the book suggests. All bolts are tight and it looks perfectly straight and level. While I waited I noticed they provide a cell phone charging station along with TV for waiting customers. The counter person even brought me a bottle of water. The store and lot is clean and organized. The shop is as well. Very good customer service is always appreciated and should be recognized. I commend this shop for providing an outstanding experience. And NO I am not connected to this shop in any way but a paying customer with an acute need.
