The staff was friendly. They were quick to respond to my service inquiry. The work was done well, quickly and at a reasonable price.

I am kicking myself for not taking before and after pics…read more.. You'll have to just try to imagine it I guess. B and I drove the jeep up to Utah for a week this summer, and went all crazy driving every backroad we could find. Came home and the jeep was covered in red dust inside and out (and dog hair, everything is just ALWAYS covered in dog hair) oh, and there was sunscreen dribbled on the seats, and some PBJ and Pringles sandwich crumbs wedged in the little cracks and crannies of the console, and random mud from when we crossed a river I don't know the name of, and, well, things were a mess. I called On The Spot, and they set me up with an appointment the next day. Two very nice guys (I'm so sorry I don't remember their names because they were really great) showed up with everything they needed to clean my car, all set up in a van. I didn't have to get them power or water or anything. I just pulled the jeep out of the garage and went on with the rest of my day while they worked on the truck right in my driveway. When they were infinished, about 2 hours later, it was a new truck! I swear it looked better than the day I brought it home from the dealer. You could eat off the hubcaps if you were weird like that. They did the inside, the outside, the wheels and the engine, and it actually sparkled! OK it wasn't cheep. This is not a thing I could afford to do except in extenuating circumstances (like Utah red dust coating EVERYTHING inside the car), but I'm not sorry I did it. I would call these guys again for sure. Makes coming home from a road trip a whole lot nicer for sure.

I got a detail done after getting my truck back from the dealership where it was covered in dust…read moreand in my opinion destroyed inside. On the spot did a "full" detail on my truck had it for about 5-6 hours and looked like a misters car wash granted it was free to me from the dealership to fix their mess up, on the spot was still paid for my truck but I was very disappointed with the detail. Tons of dust in all the cracks of my panels and air vents still, no leather conditioner was used, my windows were done poorly covered in smudges, My rims look like they were not even tried on, engine bay wasn't even touched. PLUS I got it back with paint chips on my door which I know weren't there because like I said I had just gotten my truck back from the dealership were they painted that exact door a week before. I have used another detailer the last 8 years I will be sticking with J&SONS MOBILE DETAILING.

***First time receiving so much communication from a business. Love it!***…read more I visited Safelite for the first time with my current vehicle for a windshield replacement, which I scheduled through my insurance. I had a 7:00 am appointment and was the only customer at that time. The whole process moved quickly--I received appointment reminders and updates about my car via text and email. Kristian, my glass replacement technician, was very professional and ranks among Safelite's best technicians in the industry. He competes in the Auto Glass Technician Competition (AGTO) and the Auto Glass Technician Calibration. Kristian took the time to explain the process and inquired if I had any questions before and after installation. Even though my insurance company estimated up to a 3-hour service time, Kristian was done in 1.25 hours. There was no time wasted, no misunderstandings -- just a seamless, efficient service from beginning to end.

DON'T USE SAFELITE! I got my windshield replaced on October 28th, 2025. When the technician took…read moreoff the windshield my front camera fell out. The technician knocked on my door and told me that this has never happened before and it was his bad and they will fix it. I tried to make an appointment and then all of a sudden they were saying it was my fault "wear and tear"and that they will not cover it. Nothing was wrong with my camera before this. I have called and left voicemails for managers, district managers and corporate. No one has called me back. My insurance agent also has tried to call. This is bad practice and they should pay for the camera they broke. I have talked to several different companies and they all agree that they are responsible for the broken camera. DONT USE SAFELITE FIND A LOCAL COMPANY!
