I'm impressed, so many companies are hard to track down and keep the momentum going on Maui, but Mara has the operation running like a well oiled machine. Even with fire complications making it hard for them from the recent disaster. If you are looking for help with glass on the west side I would definitely recommend this company for their professional, friendly and speedy service.

I emailed them about a broken bedroom window and received a detailed quote within just one hour. That kind of speed is unheard of. I accepted the quote immediately because several other glass companies (including Valley Isle Windows and Doors) flat-out refused to work in my complex. Arrow Glass didn't hesitate--they stepped right up. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Leila Fernandez was fantastic. She made everything simple and stress-free, walking me through the scheduling process with patience and clarity. The very next day after I accepted the quote, Steve and Johnny showed up and proved why these guys are absolute glass wizards! They did an incredible job--professional, precise, and meticulous. Would be delighted to personally deliver our items. He did so and while here we identified an additional project that we were considering but were intimidated by the craftsmanship it would require. Jan suggested he could fabricate the necessary craftsmen ship and would be delighted to do so. He completed the project in 24 hours and the result he personally delivered. Unfortunately, we couldn't figure out how to remove the window, so we went with the second option. The workers were very nice, friendly, and professional.
