My back glass on my brand new Suburu busted out like a piñata on Friday. I was able to supply them the glass and they had my car in the shop & being worked on at 8:30am sharp on Saturday morning. The very next day. All I can say is my worst nightmare was realized by Saturday evening here in Kahakuloa when it started to pour down rain. Had Ace not repaired my car when they did... We had front windshield tint delamination. Ace said the only solution was to buy a new windshield…read more for $750. They said our Prius had the center sandwiched film having issues. They also had the son (expert ) come out yo look at it as a second opinion. I hate shops trying to rip customers off. We drove to the Maui auto tint shop who said its a very easy tintvremoval. No need for a new windshield. We easily removed tint ourself. It's super easy with a simple steamer.
