The problem is that the suit is made of very fragile material, and pressing the pants too often will destroy them. When I picked the pants up, they had been pressed because she said, she is a dry cleaner and that is what she does, even though she remembered very clearly that I had instructed her not to press them. Incidentally, she then changed her story and said that they were steamed not pressed, but that was not the fact because there was a sharp line in them a fraction of an inch away from where they previously had been pressed.

I was told it might be ready by 6 PM, but I needed it early the next morning. Previously, I brought a jacket in for alterations and the work wasn't done on time. The hems were rushed and poorly finished, and they couldn't handle the tailoring I needed. This, also, was brought in with ample time and needed desperately. For $14 to clean a jacket, I expected reliability and quality service. Unfortunately, this cleaner hasn't delivered either.

It's sewn crooked and very poorly. The thread work is sloppy and they sewed a crease into the dress! I was charged $90 for this terrible work, and I when I refused to pay so much for shoddy tailoring they took $20 off. I didn't want to argue further so I paid $70 and left with my ruined dress. They offered to fix it, and said it was an oversight, but I'm so disgusted they would think this dress was ready for a customer that I do not trust them to work on it again. I will never return here.
