Having dealt with Tony Murphy when he was at the Ipswich branch, it was a bonus to hear he'd moved to the brand new Westpac Branch at Kenmore. From day one, Tony had always made himself available to us for questions. Recently we've been making a few changes to our loan and its great to use the same bank contact to know that the same conditions still apply to the loan as previously discussed.
