Jess, who served me yesterday, is always personable, polite and interested in my travels. I'm glad I found Jess again because she moved from the Carindale store. I've been purchasing foreign currency from her for about 4 years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Her cheerful smile makes it a pleasure to be served. Even if I am not buying currency, I always stop by for a quick word if she is not busy. I thoroughly recommend this business, and in particular this kiosk.

As an American, I wanted to open an account in Australia to have free global transfers. However, Australia post refused to take my us bank card as a second ID during identity verification, saying that I needed an Australian bank card even though this wasn't specified on the document. Citibank said that my American bank card would be fine. After going back and forth between the post office and bank, who were telling me two opposite things, I gave up. This Citibank branch is a joke of a bank. What kind of bank has no cash and needs the post office to do their job for them? The banker didn't want to admit that their partnership with the post office wasn't working , and even blamed Obama for all these difficulties when it was clearly their own laziness, because we could have just filled out a w9. The whole experience was horrible and I taken my business elsewhere.

Helen who lives in Perth greatly appreciated your help in tidying up Mums affairs at Centrelink after her passing 10 days away from her 100th birthday. You suggested Portafino and that turned out to be a comfortable, friendly and caring place for Mum to spend her final years. We have no hesitation in recommending Beacon Aged Care to anyone who is looking for placement as we found this process very difficult. We have also chosen to use DSL Law to tidy up Mums Estate - we have been chatting with a very friendly and helpful lady there, Leanne Gibson
