Staff (Stasi) wandering around in the foyer forcing you use an ATM for ALL your transactions?? What happened to personalised service and freedom of choice? I insisted on using a person for my deposit and I was interrogated by no less than 3 staff questioning me. WTF? Didn't give them a reason - none of their business. Finally got to a teller, nice young bloke going to serve me, THEN some carrot-top JERK supervisor tells me to use an ATM. The teller was going to serve me, but this LOSER, who was absolutely mind-numbingly STUPID stopped him. You obviously don't need a high IQ to work at ANZ or be secure in yourself.
