Well, it isn't REALLY a bank branch. You can apply for things here, but they don't really process any of it, it all gets sent to Melbourne, but they will send it straight there. I had an SMS telling me my application was being processed 2 hours after I had walked out. Beats the post! There's an ATM out the front if you happen to have an account with them, and the staff are all very lovely. About the only branch in Brisbane, most of their stuff is online these days, but worth a visit if you're with them or are going to sign up. read more
